Sauce? She's clearly a fan made character so, where is she from?
She's technically an official character design. I guess she appears on a single page in the manga in a writer's afterword/afterthought kind of thing outside of the actual story.
She's the original character of one of the mangakas of My Hero Academia. She has no story or background; only appears in pages with the other staff members.
