1) No, reincarnation isn't common, but does happen. In the case of a non-elf worshipping an entire pantheon (the Seldarine), no one deity of that pantheon might be aware of the soul's appearance on the Fugue Plane, and in the case of the non-dwarf venerating Moradin.. #realmslore

The way I had understood it from sourcebooks and novels, one would only face Kelemvor if one was not taken from the fugue plane by a god's servant after a period of time. Additionally, are you saying reincarnation is something common that the gods ask of a worshiper?

2) ..a god notorious for caring and paying attention only to dwarves, no servant of Moradin may come because Moradin might not have noticed. In such cases, Kelemvor judges and alerts the deities (the soul might not stand before Kelemvor and know about the judgment.. #realmslore

3) ..unless the soul goes unclaimed and Kelemvor steps in with a second, formal judgment, but Kelemvor is aware of all souls entering the Fugue Plane, and in his mind is sorting [judging] them all, if only to avoid traffic jams. @realmslore

What temptations do fiends offer that make mortals stray from waiting on their patron? Also, is the reincarnation a clean slate work, or do they keep their memories? And do they restart from birth or in a new adult body?
