Wow I am having so much fun synthesizing my notes on Heptabase I can't wait to see where this product goes.
Exploring a topic in Heptabase feels so natural and focused, this is where visualization really works for me and supports my thinking. Combined with Markdown, Backlinks, Daily Log, and Tags - it is a visual memex (and works as a mood-board too).
Wow! Heptabase is amazing and functions beautifully. Thank you so much for your great work!
Started using Heptabase. Just wanted to add some #VisualPKM to my #ToolForThought stack. First impressions: 🔸 Great onboarding 🔸 Nice documentation 🔸 Intuitive UI 🔸 Sleek design Feel like a mix of RoamResearch and MiroHQ
I'm...IN LOVE. Heptabase almost looks like the ideal workflow that I've been searching for.
Been meaning to make an interactive course for a while now - finally sat down and mapped it out (and shoutout to Heptabase for the only notes tool that has worked for me so far)
I love RoamResearch for note-making and capturing information. But it doesn't have the visual affordances I need for outlining. So I tried making an old-school index card for each Zettel. Which I'd then arrange on my apartment floor to outline. And then I found Heptabase.
I have tried all the note-taking software you mentioned above, but I recommend you try Heptabase. I use it to practice P.A.R.A method, and there is no faster way to organize Readwise Highlight's note-taking software.
Heptabase is a great app that blends Miro/Obsidian/Notion together to make a rather enjoyable app that is easy to organize.
One of the things I noticed as a knowledge worker, tools matter. Heptabase is one of the new breed of PKM tools that makes sense for me. It matches my visual thinking process and desire to make sense of all the info I have accumulated.
