I'm trying to archive my town government webpage containing board meeting documents for the current year. But when I enter a specific webpage link, with meeting-documents on it, the documents do not get saved in the Wayback. They used to be saved, per older Wayback saves.

I'm not allowed to save dozens and dozens of links in Wayback (even if I had the time), so how do I Wayback-save a page with documents posted on it? The documents are each a big button on the board meetings webpage, and each document is a link with a PDF.
Thank you in advance for help with this issue trying to fully archive small-town government documents.
