the google account belonging to that email has two reviews on google maps, both in Tuczon, Arizona in the United States.
the reviews, as well as the single archive of the google+ account which existed with that email, his name is 'Cole Penning'
HOWEVER! that seems like some strangely poor opsec, considering that 'Colepenning' is written on one of his carrds, and that 'mrpenning' is his most common username.

by looking up his deviantart in the waybackmachine, we get the following snapshot from 2012:

by searching it up, we even get a linkedin, as well as artstation account which is uses the same online handle under which he draws filth! holy opsec!

- one is born October 1997, lives at 750 John Dr in Prescott, Arizona, and has phone numbers (928) 771-1236, (480) 490-5285, (928) 710-1293. and an MSN email which belongs to a 'Michael' relative
- the other is born January 1997, lives in Unit N2, 2002 E River Rd, Tucson, Arizona and has phone number (617) 242-5147. previous address 9519 E Rancho Vista Dr, Prescott Valley, Arizona

i'm inclined to go with the latter. it might even be a discrepancy, since whitepages has only one "Cale Petrocci" and the two results have the same relatives.
not also, whitepages says he has another email address, but i'm not sure what it is. ai[bunchofletters]@gmail.com. it says he's related to:
- a Roberta J Petrocci
- a Cristelle, Marie or Kristine, Ezell
- a Michael Alan Petrocci
- a Blaise C. Petrocci
