- Hi Tom, I like the bond offering to prevent dilution of existing investors! I was wondering what would happen to the bond in a situation where there is a liquidity event prior to the bond maturity date?
- Given the current pandemic and the company's reliance on Tom and the two other gentleman mentioned in the risks section, why isn't the company taking out one or more key man insurance policies to protect the business?

- Is a copy of the financial instrument depicting the terms and conditions of this asset-backed loan available? What assets will CW have to be sold in case of default?
- I'm doing a bit of back-of-the-envelope arithmetic about the taking none/some/all of the proceeds as whiskey at maturity. Obviously, it's impossible to predict the price of a bottle of whiskey at the future date but is there a guesstimate? Will investors pay retail per bottle? Do we get an investor's discount? In other words, if in 7 years I take the profits of a $1,000 investment ($340) how many bottles of whiskey does that get me?
- To confirm.... if I made an initial investment of $1,000 this offering is to convert my initial 1,000 into the bond?
- What are my shares worth currently?
- What would happen worst case scenario if Cleveland Whiskey had to file for bankruptcy? Would other creditors get priority over the liquidation of the bond whiskey? If not, would it even be possible to get the whiskey bottled for bond holders? Just trying to look at this from all angles.....Thanks!

- How long is the Whiskey CD for? Are payouts of interest quarterly, or only at end of CD? Also do you have to be paid in whiskey or can we paid be paid cash for principal and interest
