Please fill out this form to apply for Multnomah County Library’s Tech Lending program. This form is for Chromebook lending only. Multnomah County’s Tech Lending Program was created to support our patrons that have little to no access to computers or internet due to being low income. Other priority groups include: Aging individuals (older adults), Individuals who are members of a racial or ethnic minority group, Incarcerated individuals, Individuals with disabilities, Individuals who are English learners or have low levels of literacy, and Veterans. While we prioritize these groups, any community member in need of technology access can participate in the tech lending program.
