WHwNRV Update 5 Extension Kit

This is an extension pack for MinderiaOSM's Windows History with Never Released Versions Update 5, with new versions, fixes, and more stuff.
Possibly inspired by a kit WindowsXPFan232 made.

Formerly known as "WHwNRV Update 7 & Misc. into Update 5". This project has been going on since 2020.
