Both characters are derivatives of the Niggger meme, an illustration of a black trans plus sized xista. It is a word in Jartyish that translates to "kike", or "jew".^[1] BBC BBC BBC

The term "Soyjak" is a combination of two words, "Wojak", and "Soy". Soy is a legume crop. The expression was first brought up implicitly by a Mashable article titled "Faux surprise is the new duckface", featuring images of figures showing a gaping mouth.^[2] The first derogatory use of the expression was on the 24th of October, 2017 on a thread submitted on the /pol/ 4chan board titled "The Nu-Male open mouth", depicting an illustration of two men taking a selfie with positive expressions.

This version is usually portrayed as a white figure with a short beard and glasses, emitting an ecstatic expression. The origin for the opponent's inspiration dates back to the 9th of January (unknown year) on Facebook titled "4chong page that actually posts stuff from halfchan.", depicting a white figure surprised by a Nintendo Switch product.^[3]

Since then, various iterations would spawn.

Like Soyjak, Daddy's Girl is a derivative of the Wojak meme. The exact image and first instance of the meme remains unknown, though the earliest instance of the meme dates back the 22nd of September, 2019, with a series of images of the character uploaded by user em149n3vc9sk5 on Imgur.^[4]
