There are however 2 things to note:1, the delivery was significantly delayed which I didn't mind but there was no proactive communication about the situation so I didn't know what was happening2, the original packaging of the item (sold as new) arrived slightly damaged (torn paper box)

Additional Custom charges had to be paid and not mentioned. Guitar had very sharp frets and action extremely high, they did not understand !!! Poor seller in my opinion, I asked for £40 partial refund to help get the guitar set up, they just said return it to them. I would of only that I paid £142 in customs and that would not be refundable. Sorry I learnt the hard way with this seller.
