I think that undermines the moment a bit. Jax’s abstraction is powerful because it’s so accurate to how actual suicide plays out. It’s sudden, there’s no fanfare, and the people that are left are the one’s dealing with the consequences. They seem to have given them some kind of peace, at least.
But that’s what AU’s and fan-fiction are for ig, so go crazy if you want.

i was watching one of the jobby draw streams last night and it was super funny hearing you talk about how dumb and bad reddit was at theorizing stuff, bc reddit is/was the place where chuds came out of the woodworks to be like “she’s not trans jax is NOT trans” and then they shrink&turn into corncob
I'm fairly certain like half of them are probably eggs, at a good percentage of the ones that try to explain it away
I hate it that this isnt how she ended up instead of becoming a huge dick and killing others then herself but I also think her behavior is entirely justified given her traumas and sadly the ending was the realest one we got and an important message about mental health imo
I personally think it's explained and understandable, but not justified. She was still a tremendous jerk in a way the people around her didn't deserve, even if it wasn't a conscious decision to be that way.

At the end of the day, she is a fictional character. There is no harm in relating to her or sympathizing with her.
She is a beautifully written character and clearly one we are meant to sympathize with as we learn more about her
BUT
She was also still a massive asshole the entire time through and did bully the other characters.
Her trauma explains it.
But it does not excuse nor justify it.
It doesn't mean people are wrong for sympathizing with her or relating to her.
"Justified" crosses the line a little bit imo.

Currently, only Pomni knows for certain, I think, since she got the whole front row seat to it all. So while she is closeted (and resting), there's still the open ending chance she may break out of the egg.
I think most of us are using fem pronouns to honor that part of her, even though--
— He's closeted to everyone /else/, we, the viewers, know.
It's a tricky subject to handle delicately, and that's... kind of normal, really, with these scenarios and situations.
It can be uncomfortable, but that's the trans experience for a lot of people. However, Rag's & Gangle's VA's--
— have confirmed her to be trans, if that helps, and we were left with a fairly open ending regarding everything that may happen next, especially with the abstractions, so fanon can run and have fun with it :)

If Jax (Daisy) hadn't been such a bitch to Ribbit, we'd have this. Her trans identity would also be explored, and at the same time, sexist stereotypes like the color pink and the idea that vulnerability is for women would be critiqued. This would demonstrate that what society imposes is sexist.
The critique you want is still there though? What we didn't get was a thorough exploration of Jax' trans identity, but we got so see some aspects of what happens when fear of getting help and genuine connection is too strong. We got to see the tragic reality of many trans people.

I always figured that's since all the other doors, besides the piano break room, were Jax's reaction to the people he cared about abstracting, so THAT room was about Pomni's abstraction.
The idea was so painful that Jax refused to even entertain the thoug, so they tried to erase it from their mind.
