It doesn't seem like that long ago I was at the drive thru getting my Fillet O Fish, chocolate shake, apple pie and french fries at The Golden Arches.
Back then I was still playing full court basketball a couple times a week and working 80 hours.
So I had no chance of getting porky.
I still do 40+ hours of labor in my yard, working on cars etc, but I don't think a daily apple pie will help.
Maybe just 3 or 4 a week.
With a Fillet O Fish and a chocolate shake.
6'2" almost eligible for Social Security, 33" waist. I can get to 36" waist by 65.
With McDonald's help!

Don't forget the deep-fried, chocolate covered, pork rinds at the county fairs! They mockingly have a drawing with a woman with defibrillator paddles in her hands over the tops of the kiosks.edited

OMG, these were the only things worth going to McDonalds for.

Oh that's not fair. I'm no Donald Epstein supporter, and I never correlated McDonald's to being a Donald Epstein supporter.
Trump eats McDonald's by having a driver get his food to avoid extra food ingredients from the paint store.

These things were a fast trick to both mouth burns and diabetes. Loved them back then, and I'll probably grab one for the nostalgia factor...and I'll probably find it disgusting now. :)

That is true! Check temperature before sinking your teeth into!

I'll be eating a few myself. And a few too many most likely. I do remember burning my mouth a few times on these apple pies.
Thanks for that reminder.
As long as I get my nostalgia fix and add a roll. My gf gained a little weight and is pretty grouchy I've lost weight. She thinks it's unfair when really it's just I work a lot outdoors and she's mostly indoors except driving to work. The recipe for gaining weight is being indoors a lot.
