How people do not consider the cultural and status differences and obligations BEFORE to involve someone else is what makes this all staged..not the people who they meet, but they knew they would have turn to their duties, so why let suffer other people? Honestly, good luck to them being good governors of their people..but for the british we saw here, good for them to do not have renounced to their lives. You can't talk about an engagement for live knowing someone just for 3 weeks..People change even after years..so.

I don't know about Africa being Donna's master.....goes to the incompatibility and gap between cultures. He went to play in a different sandbox under a different guise and then couldn't understand why she responded differently to him than he expected.
