Surnames often do not come first, at least in English

Here, in correct order, his name should be written the other way around, Akutagawa and then Ryūnosuke. The order used in Wikipedia article title, given name and then surname, is still common in English so if you write your name in the correct order, surname and then given name, that will create confusion.
