neutral blogposting is dead but i feel like doing it anyway. i feel like i'm in a clear state of mind right now and i want to write somewhere, even if it's wordswordswords.
<
one thing i'm genuinely worried about is how much we rely on the internet to put value into our lives, through social media, gaming, whatever. i'm genuinely worried on what will happen if we keep going this way.
i feel like the only way to possibly avoid future issues individually is taking control and action over our lives we know we should live instead of the lives where our emotions depend on what we see on the internet that day, wasting our entire time awake online.
i'm sure that a lot of you genuinely have shit in your lives that you know you should be doing that isn't just spam refreshing the 'log or leveling up in some game.
i'm not saying you have to fully cut it off though, i'm not like some AI nigger trained by amish transcripts but if cutting it fully out works for you then thats great. but most of us will probably have to use the internet in moderated and controlled rates to get other shit done in life.
i'm not trying to fearmonger but i'm genuinely worried for future cacas who will definitely find it more difficult than you and i will. they wont be able to find any value in life without technology and chances are they'll be on the brink of acking themselves if whatever they do digitally goes wrong.
not to mention it's still really easy to fall back into being mindless because these websites were made to keep you addicted. you could be productive and then instinctively pull up youtube where you get sucked into some doomscroll or binge and then wonder where the fuck your free time went.
that's a vice that nobody should really have to go through because it will do nothing but slowly kill you and the values you find dear outside of the internet. we have to build defenses to this kind of vice by working on ourselves as individuals
one of the easiest ways to do so really is by finding something you enjoy and find fulfillment in outside of the internet, if you put more time into it, that's less time you have doomscrolling. it's way easier to pick shit up rather than dropping something that's clearly not good for you.
another good thing is just trying to learn to focus better and to resist impulses that tell you to waste your life somewhere online. especially when the alternative will arguably kill your focus more through fast paced, doomscrolling content. being conscious of the time you spend online and catching yourself when you're falling for these impulses really does help though.
the more we catch ourselves and the more we try to train our focus, the better we will be able to do and the more we'll be able to reclaim what was lost in the mindsets of prior generations.

be conscious of how much time you spend, use the internet in moderation or it will consume and ruin your life for good.

>>16453803 (OP)I've been trapped in this state for about two weeks now and I'm getting my life back today. I have a pretty brainy hobby and I wasn't able to fulfill my own expectations and I felt like a retard for not being able to do it. The internet vice is right there and it sucked in all of my attention in the midst of my frustration, like God knows how many times before that. And I didn't want to come back to my business after that. Fortunately I was still working out physically.
Are there any specific patterns like this you 'teens have noticed?

I really need to leave this godforsaken website already. I'm wasting my life and I'm not even enjoying it, I'm suicidal and unhappy and depressed and always in a bad mood.
Thanks neutralchad.

>>16453803 (OP)I think a large reason things are like this now is because unless you are a neurotypical attractive normie the world is pretty much empty. It used to be that people like us would meet irl and form smaller friend groups but because we are a minority we find it much easier to just exist online.
Irl culture, art, and society as are completely empty nowadays. The only benefit you get from engaging with society is sex with low iq foids if you can get into that.
Everything material is only material now, it has no greater aspect.

shit will only get worse because now that cellphones are more than just calls and messages, it is now easier to develop a dependence on the internet (i'd even say that its easier to get addicted to a mobile device than a pc/laptop)

>>16461113You can never just make yourself normal. Normies in the modern day are anything but normal. They are just playing pretend in a world that has already died.
Its actually better to be a chaotic individual that pisses most people off. You get more respect from actually cool people and some women respect it a lot too.
I know this is a shitty answer but you need to find your own path separate from society because its a sinking ship.
