Here is Cream the Rabbit without her head from Outcome Memories.

In one game, Cream died by 2011x by ripping her head off, but there was one health bug. Cream HP is at zero, but she is still standing, even without her head, and this gives her the opportunity to escape from 2011x, although now she does not know how to get everything back.
