Shipping Policy

Kelly Research Technologies utilizes the US Postal Service, UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL Express to ship to customers around the world. Customers will be offered shipping price and delivery speed options (standard vs express) whenever possible. We do not ship to countries from which companies are banned from doing business by the US government.

In stock items are usually shipped within 7 days of ordering. Many KRT products are custom made for the client, in which case shipping will take place no more than 4-6 weeks after the date the order is placed. Customers will be notified if the order is expected to exceed the normal range of time before shipping.

KRT is not responsible for delays once the order is handed off to the courier or the postal service. Whenever possible, tracking information will be provided to the customer.

Returns Policy

The Kelly Research Technologies Guarantee

All products made and/or sold by Kelly Research Technologies are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Send your purchase back undamaged within 30 days and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Your only risk is the cost of postage.

WARRANTY

Kelly Research Technologies warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. KRT agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:

Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use for which the product was not intended.
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
Damages incurred during transportation.

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible

REPAIRS

KRT is happy to repair any instruments or devices that we manufacture after the warranty period has expired. Please get in touch for an estimate on parts and labor for any repairs you may require. We regret that we cannot repair devices manufactured by third parties.
