Psychological PSA
The best way to take away a thing's power is to understand it since that is how you learn to counter it. For this reason, I'll explain the psychological mechanisms of the "BNWO" idea which feels good for many but is beneficial to none.

Firstly, the mechanism of spreading. "BNWO" continues for two reasons. The first is, obviously, fantasy. It is so because it's an extreme (but unrealistic/unsustainable) expression of power/strength. The second reason is shock/outrage. It is a perfectly normal and healthy to be angered by the idea of the death of your race. Race is a part of people's identity, regardless of the narratives people try to push. The death of it is, therefore, the death of the individual. This is rightly revolting. The problem is that this outrage gives visibility. If you talk to people about how awful BNWO is, you may be exposing the idea to a party who would have otherwise remained ignorant of it.

Secondly, we should ask, "How do we address it? How do we stop it?" Through education, indifference, and self-improvement.
Education: Knowing how such an idea spreads is an excellent way to steal it of its "power."
Indifference: Neither contributing or "defeating." You do not need to go around spreading the idea in order to defeat it. The only defeat of an idea is it being forgotten by everyone but a sad few. (Learning how to be indifferent generally is extremely beneficial. I'll leave that to you capable people to figure how.)
Self-improvement: Addressing the core ideas that "BNWO" exploits: the desire for intense sexual pleasure and the desire to feel powerful. To address both, it is important to realize a few things. 1.) You can improve yourself. Workout. Study. Live better and fuller. Develop your character. Get off of the internet and porn. You will no longer need to sip the drips of feeling powerful from an illusion when you are already powerful. 2.) Sex is not the baseline of reality. Though sex is a major motivator in behavior, it is not the only thing you should pursue, and it is not the only thing other people pursue. The satisfaction from flirting, improving your life, and living among others are other motivators and are often far more satisifying. 3.) Sex is not the only thing that determines how attractive you are. You do not need to be a caricature beast in order to be attractive to a person. Be capable in many ways and you will be far more attractive than any "sex god" could be. (Being capable is important, however.)
