Enhancement Request: Restore downvoted segment #2493

All segments (including downvoted ones) can be viewed through the SponsorBlock database browser at https://sb.ltn.fi .
If you insert your SponsorBlock privateID in the settings page, you can also vote on any segment straight from the database page.
Good to know, though how is this accessed without a direct reference as you've given me? If there isn't a way, or it's obscure, then making this available or more upfront would also fit my enhancement request.

I downvoted and copied a segment as I believed it could be improved. However, on further review, I decided it had done the best it could do. I wanted to return to the segment and undo my downvote (by upvoting), but it had been removed, so the UI for that was completely inaccessible.
It would be good to have a way to restore a downvoted segment. While my use case is to undo a downvote, there are likely other reasons people may want to keep the segment present. Some examples I can think of are to still have it for being better than nothing, or to return to and take a screenshot of it for whatever purpose, maybe moderation evidence.
