Yep, specifically Waterfox 6.6.12 based on Firefox ESR 140, but it worked fine before plenty of times.
I also get this with no unsubmitted segments present. It did suddenly work again for a day, and then went back to this error. Latest firefox
EDIT: If I just press ok to the error, I can actually submit the segment (after like 8 OKs).
I've also been running into this for a few months now, and I finally close to fix it about a week ago with these steps:
- export all your Options and Data (click "Save to file" on both; no need to do it for the userID, its saved in the Options export)
- uninstall Sponsorblock
- close the browser (sometimes it will keep the broken settings if you reinstall in the same session)
- reinstall Sponsorblock
- re-import your Options and Data ("Load from file")
I've had no issues since then!

Possbly related to this, I am getting:
when I try to start a segment on a Youtube video (no actual unsubmitted segments present).
Checking the console after I do this, I am also getting
TypeError: can't access property "startsWith", r is undefined[content.js:2:308828](moz-extension://0da43a68-7b38-4825-841f-6e912be519fe/js/content.js)(the extension UUID matches SponsorBlock)
