I'd say there's degrees to self-awareness. Obviously the most self-aware thing would be to admit you fell for a scam and detroon, but admitting that you don't pass despite years of HRT is mor honest than Reddit's persistent "Omg yas girl you are totally stunning and pass! So what if you're 6'3? 6ft+ cis women with deep voices exist!"
