Finance Office

The finance office will not be open in the last week of any term due to administration procedures.
We are now a cashless school with payments via QKR app our preferred payment.
Student Absences
Illness and family matters
Parents and Carers
are required to notify the school in the event of your child being absent.
If your child is ill or there are family matters to attend to, please inform the school:
Late arrival and early departure
Students arriving late to school must report to the office to be signed in for late attendance. When students are required to leave school early, parents must sign them out through the school office first before attending the classroom.
Parents making alternate arrangements for collection must contact the school.
Absence monitoring
It is a requirement that school’s monitor absences. Our Attendance Officer liaises with our families to support attendance in line with the department’s Managing Student Absences External link policy.
An exemption is available in circumstance for a period of more than 10 consecutive school days:
- holidays
- diagnosis of terminal medical condition or mental health condition
- illness or hospitalisation (including recovery period)
Please contact our Attendance Officer through the school office to obtain an Application for Exemption form.
