Sometimes I want to see why a post in my subscribed feeds not showing up in the homepage. Having to edit the URL is a small pain that can be relieved with a small tweak

Rather than me make a judgement call about when I've scrolled down too far because all the tagging and recommendations have become nonsense, it'd be nice if scour could just stop to effectively say "this is all I've got for you today".

Would be nice to support adding email newsletters either as first-hand sources if they are that or as an easy way to positively weigh a bunch of sources as thumbs up if they are link aggregators
