There is no proof for sure this site has what I think it has, but considering the user literally admitted to being in possession of this content and the context/nature of the message is in favour of predatory behaviour, it can be confidently assumed that the site linked more than likely has illegal content.

I will make an effort to get authorities involved. It is possible for them to use cyberforensics to find this individual.
