I've preoder a game 3 years ago and nothing.
They don't answer the emails and no news on their blog. I'm very upset and I think this company is a scam.

One star is too high for this business. I was scammed out of approximately EUR 100 for a physical copy of Chained Echoes in December 2022. I requested refunds multiple times and kept being told the release would be imminent and that I should wait. They then completely stopped replying to emails. If you work at 1st Press Games, you should be ashamed of yourself. Customers beware. Absolute scam of a business.

Impossible d'ouvrir un litige paypal vu que la précommande est trop ancienne, c'est dégoutant comme comportement...

_This company is a disgrace! I pre-ordered Chained Echoes for Switch (Order #32751) in June 2004, and it was never delivered! They no longer respond to customer emails and don't issue refunds, so they're clearly thieves/dishonest.
It's impossible to open a PayPal dispute because the pre-order is too old; their behavior is disgusting.

Listen to the reviews, your money will sit in their account until you charge it back, no response from their customer service and I 100% believe they don't hold any actual stock

Scam, ordered games in January 2020!! Yes 2020, now is 2026...still waiting. They ignoring mails. Lost 110€

Do not buy from these clowns. I have been waiting for my copy of Chained Echoes for the Nintendo Switch for 3 years now. Asked for a refund and first they came with excuses and then they simply ghosted me and have been ghosting me since.
It is also not possible to cancel the order on their website!
And they are still accepting pre-orders for the game!

Contacted Paypal and my bank about this and they encouraged me to file a police report against FPG for internet fraud, which I have done.
I encourage everyone to do so!
North Rhine-Westphalia Online Police Portal is the way to go and you will find it very easily if you google it (add "internet fraud" as well to the search and you will get the right site right away). Do not hesitate, file that police report NOW! The more the better!
It is actually ILLEGAL for companies in the EU to deny a refund!

It is also worth mentioning that the creator of Chained Echoes has filed a lawsuit against FPG as well.

Ordered goodboy galaxy from this company 2 years ago. They've since cut ties with the game developers however have no intention of refunds. They do not respond to emails. Unable to dispute charge with card company. This company will steal your money and run. Avoid at all cost.

Scam company, they do not even send you items that are listed as in stock.
You need to make sure you start a refund with paypal within the timeframe they allow as this company simply hopes you delay it long enough that you can't then there is nothing you can do, they have your money and they don't send you anything.

Scammers. Ordered Chained Echoes for the switch in 2022 and still haven’t received my item. No refund, no communication from customer service! Avoid these scammers. Will be seeking legal advice and action.

My experience is like many others. I was excited for Chained Echoes for the PS4, so I ordered it on July 22, 2025. At the time, the regular edition of the game was listed as in stock, so I ordered it. I figured since the company was shipping from Germany to the USA, it would take about a month to get here with international shipping.

In October 2025, I reached out to the company through their support tool to ask about a status update, but they did not reply.

In December 2025, I reached out again. No reply.

Late January 2026, I reached out again, but there was no response.

I found a direct email address for the company on Instagram (support at firstpressgames.com). I was hoping to have some luck emailing them directly instead of using the support tool built into their website.

I didn't get a reply. I contacted my bank and explained that they are a pre-order games company, so the purchases are well beyond the usual dispute window. My bank, Chase, said they understood that something like this was out of my control. They are in the process of getting my money back.

They scam customers and refuse to give refunds for unfulfilled orders.

I have an order dated from 2021 that is unfulfilled and never will. They barely update the status of production on their site, and have ignored my requests for a refund. I recommend anyone going through this googling "seafoam gaming slawomir" to see how you can place a formal complaint. We will never get our money back but hopefully we can prevent someone from getting scammed as I have.

Atencion all gamers dont buy nothing from "Firstpressgames.com"even if it states the product is in stock because if you do so you will not get the game and neither your money because this scam company will steal your money too. I have been waiting for a game Chain Echoes three years and still no game or refund. This company does not reply to support emails and its the biggest scam in game sales ever. Again DONT BUY !

Chained Echoes for switch, they always have a excuse oh we had to change supplier, oh it was the wrong print and now we have a manpower issue, maybe because people don't give you money so you can't pay staff🤔

They took my money, completely missed the shipping date. Never reached out. It’s been 18 months. They have emailed 2 times and lie each time about the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
