I'd call this being a matter of being untested in actual combat scenarios. Unlike Din Djarin, the vast majority of the CoTW spent their whole lives in hiding. They were all greenhorns. We were very likely seeing their first taste of actual combat. In contrast to what we see of Bo-katan, Axe Woves and Koska Reeves in their appearance in season 2 where we clearly see how much more experienced, cohesive and trained they were. Even to such the extent that Djarin was displayed as a 5th wheel to their group.

The sister is told to go to the store. Turns out there's only one store she can go to because she's banned from other stores for smurfing syrup.

The sister meanwhile at the store finds a whole pallet of grape cough syrup the owner has hidden away, when she ask for it he says it's mot for her. Tom and jerry shenanigans ensue of her trying to get the syrup. This comes too ahead when the dog comes back, the owner is deathly afraid of the dog. She then uses the dog to force the owner to give her the cough syrup.

Later a nun is giving cherry cough syrup to orphans, who says "yuck" cut back to the girls house who says something overly complicated about the board game.

But the problems with Paisy are numerous. One, "calm and quiet" isn't in Paulo or Daisy's nature. They're direct to the point of being tactless, profusely emotional, loud, and horny, not shy and patient.
Two, they only got together after ruling out everyone else: Paulo struck out with Lucy, James, Mike, and got shot down when he tried to hit up Rachel and Jasmine for pity/comfort on new years. And Daisy can't get close to Augustus (on Lucy's insistence) or Mike (on Taeshi's insistence).
Three, they have no shared interests. There's nothing they both enjoy doing together, no common ground in terms of pursuits, passions, or plans. Daisy doesn't have time for Paulo's interests, and Paulo thinks Daisy's interests are lame nerd shit.
Four, Paulo consistently brushes Daisy off, didn't clean the garbage out of his car to pick her up for their "date", and when she asked for a kiss Paulo started talking about his past relationships instead of giving her one.
Five, when put on the spot Daisy cannot name a single good quality that Paulo actually has. She admits to finding him frustrating and hard to like, and wishes he'd try harder and be nicer.
Six, Paulo and Daisy both have insecurities that their relationship would make worse. Daisy worries she's not attractive, and Paulo won't do PDA with her the way he did with other girls (and also is hanging out with Lucy and referencing "promises" he made to her). Paulo worries he's a loser, and Daisy is a high-achiever who's disappointed that he has no interest in improving himself or aiming higher.

There's more, but I think the point is made: Paisy sucks.
