Trump DID NOT endorse him.
The PAC pushing ANTHONY SABATINI — who legally represented a Chinese-funded candidate against our media outlet in 2024 — has just received a cease and desist from Trump's team
Sabatini helped SUE for reporting on Chinese candidate BOWEN KOU'S use of H1B VISAS during the 2024 races. We ultimately quashed 's lawsuit, and prevailed on freedom of the press grounds.
We also helped ensure Bowen Kou, who ran for State Senate, lost his race. He now owes us nearly $15K more in court.
Sabatini represented Kou in the defamation lawsuit, after we reported that Kou got CCP-linked donations!
Now Trump's team is calling out the super PAC promoting Sabatini, and noted he has TRASHED Trump on numerous occasions, and has in no way received 47's endorsement
"This use of President Trump's name, image, and likeness creates the unmistakable impression that President Trump has endorsed Mr. Sabatini or otherwise supports Mr. Sabatini's candidacy."
"Mr. Sabatini has a long history of ATTACKING President Trump's administration."
"The committee may also face legal consequences" if it continues.
