Oh heck, I forgot to document directly - since the setting goes in cfg.txt, I should mention:
Add “scanble=no” to the file to disable Bluetooth scanning.

The disable Bluetooth option on the #wardriver that I modded in is working well!
modified #signalSleuth consistently getting 900+ more WiFi samples. More radio time = more WiFi!
