In addition to helping to resolve commercial disputes when they arise, he specializes in providing personalized guidance to his clients regarding all types of entertainment-related business, including rights clearances and negotiating and drafting contracts on behalf of film production companies, film investors, record labels, music publishers and talent (actors, singers, musicians, writers, influencers and other types of creators).
