He can just work retail at a major chain in his city. 10 hours a week minimum, when work is dry take extra shifts. There are ALWAYS extra shifts.

Ya I don’t understand this person Someone I know is a vendor selling their artwork they make but they also work at a FYE store in a mall Art is their passion but they have a regular 9-5 job At this point it should click for this person to maybe fill out some job applications and turn the freelance work into a secondary thing especially if there’s not enough clients to make a living
