The COR Cover-up allegations concern Church of the Resurrection’s alleged handling of reports of sexual misconduct involving Scott P. Moore at youth retreats. The alleged enabling issue is that Moore was allowed to serve again as a cabin leader at the 2006 annual retreat despite the 2005 reports and internal investigation.
