It depends on many things, really. We don't know how powerful is Butcher-Kessler right now but I think they aren't as powerful as Homelander. They are kinda aware of it because they wanted Ryan or the virus to beat him for them. So it's either Soldier Boy (nuclear beam) or Homelander.

Super cancer Butcher > Temp V Butcher. So he'll be able to put up a good fight against Homelander, but Homelander is indeed stronger than Butcher.
I think for the final fight, we're gonna get a weakened Homelander (either by the virus or Soldier Boy's blast) vs Butcher, or maybe Homelander juiced on V1 vs Butcher and Ryan.
