NBMD v0.4 is out. It's been about three months since the last update. Part of that was two weeks in March where other things pulled my attention away, and part of it was this chapter's story taking longer to plan than I expected. Sorry for the wait.

This chapter splits into three routes: NTS, Slow NTR, and Fast NTR. A big part of the writing this time went into building out character backstories and the environment around them, so that the choices in the NTR routes feel grounded rather than arbitrary. Writing branching dialogue across three variables is honestly one of the harder things I've taken on, and I'm not sure if it works out.

這次的章節分成三條路線:NTS、Slow NTR 和 Fast NTR。寫作上花了很多心思在塑造角色的過去背景和當下環境,希望 NTR 路線裡的一些行為能夠有所依據、有說服力。用三個變數寫分支劇情真的是我目前面對過最頭痛的挑戰,老實說我也不確定對大家來說感覺如何。

I'd ask where's the game but then realised I'm a day ahead of everyone, so I technically get the game on the 26th for me or depending on time maybe later at night

The update was actually out before this announcement, but that’s for Tester tier. As for others, you could refer to the release schedule in the post.

excelente ya quería jugar la continuación y llego antes de lo que yo esperaba, me gusta mucho la idea de mas rutas da mucha re jugabilidad espero mas adelante se pueda tener múltiples finales, es una lastima que no tenga idioma español así que tendré que estar con mi traductor.

Slow NTR means the corruption and development between Grace and Fletcher is slower, and Fast NTR is the other way around.

Hi everyone! The update is finally complete. This chapter serves as a transitional arc between the previous build-up and the major developments coming next. The dynamic between Fletcher and Grace continues to evolve gradually — the tension is intentionally layered rather than explosive. A significant amount of time went into CG production for this update. The two-month gap was mainly due to me starting a full-time job recently, which required some adjustment in balancing work and development. There are also two animations that are still limited by current AI model capabilities. I’ve optimized them as much as possible within those constraints, but I wanted to be transparent with players who are particularly sensitive to animation quality to help manage expectations. If future AI animation technology improves, I will revisit and refine these scenes. Hi everyone! The update is finally done. This chapter serves as a transitional chapter between the previous build-up and the major developments coming next. The interactions between Fletcher and Grace are still in the “brewing” stage — the tension is building gradually rather than exploding all at once. Before you jump in, there are a few important things I’d like to clarify: 大家好! 今天終於完成這次更新了。 這一章是承接上一章的 build-up 與下一章重要轉折之間的「過渡章節」。Fletcher 與 Grace 的互動仍在醞釀階段,情感與張力會慢慢推進,而不是一次爆發。 在進入內容前,有幾件重要事項希望大家先知道: 1️⃣ Official NTS Route Split NTS 路線正式切分 At the end of this chapter, the NTS route officially branches out. Only players who meet the condition: Cuckoldness × 5 + Corruption × 0.5 ≥ Sensitivity will encounter the choice of entering the NTS route. This checkpoint still allows returning to the NTR route. This is to prevent players who never intended to go NTS from being forced into it. I’m currently planning another major checkpoint around 6–7 chapters later, where players can switch between NTR and NTS again. 在本章結尾,NTS 路線將正式與主線分開。 只有滿足條件 Cuckoldness × 5 + Corruption × 0.5 ≥ Sensitivity 的玩家,才會觸發是否進入 NTS 的選擇。 本次 checkpoint 仍然可以回到 NTR 路線。這樣設計的目的是避免本來沒有打算走 NTS 的玩家,被強制推入該路線。 另外,我預計在約 6–7 個章節後,再設置一次大型 checkpoint,讓玩家可以在 NTR / NTS 之間再次選擇。 2️⃣ Squat CG Animation Note 深蹲 CG 動畫說明 The squat scene CG took the longest time to produce. Because the character’s face appears relatively small in the frame, current AI animation models struggle with facial detail consistency. For this reason, I’ve included an in-game option: Static CG Animated version You can choose whichever you prefer. Unless AI animation models significantly improve in the future, this particular animation may not see major quality upgrades. I experimented with enlarging the face and reframing the shot, but the results were limited. If I crop to upper body only, the model struggles to understand the squat motion, often generating unnatural leg movements. 這次花最多時間製作的,是深蹲場景的 CG。 由於角色臉部在畫面中比例較小,目前 AI 動畫模型在臉部細節上表現不理想,因此我在遊戲中提供了選項: 使用靜態 CG 使用動畫版本 玩家可以自行選擇偏好。 除非未來 AI 動畫模型有大幅度提升,否則這個場景的動畫品質可能很難再明顯改善。 我也嘗試過放大臉部或重新構圖,但效果有限。如果只保留上半身,模型對深蹲動作的理解會變得不穩定,腿部生成也容易出現問題。 3️⃣ Choice Design Challenges 選項設計的挑戰 The most mentally exhausting part of this update was designing coherent choices. I aim to make player decisions feel interconnected and logically consistent. For example, if Eric clearly states that he enjoys seeing Grace admired by others, it would feel strange to suddenly offer a choice where he claims to be highly jealous — unless that shift is narratively justified. Hi everyone! v0.2 is being released about two days earlier than expected. The main reason is that the final content volume ended up being roughly 1/5 smaller than originally planned. This wasn’t about cutting corners — it simply felt like the pacing worked better if the update ended at this point. Because the content scope was slightly smaller, I spent the extra time polishing areas that I previously felt weren’t good enough. This includes translation quality, smaller details, and overall refinement. With the additional time, I was able to go through everything more carefully. Personally, I’m quite satisfied with this revision, including the remade content and the music choices for this update. 哈囉大家好! 這次的 v0.2 比原本預期早了兩天釋出,主要原因是實際內容量比預計少了大約 1/5。 當然不是因為想偷懶,而是做到這個段落時,覺得在目前這個節奏點收尾反而比較自然,也比較適合整體體驗。 也因為內容量比預期少,這幾天就多花了一些時間去打磨原本覺得還不夠好的地方。 不論是翻譯細節、文本流暢度,還是一些小地方的調整,都因為時間比較充足而重新檢視過。我個人對這次重製後的內容其實蠻滿意的,也包含這次所選用的音樂。 I also spent extra time searching for better Traditional and Simplified Chinese fonts, and I eventually found options that I’m fairly happy with. As always, if you notice anything that could be improved or adjusted, feel free to let me know! That said, there are still some GUI elements that I’ve always wanted to fully design myself. However, UI design can easily turn into a time sink, and with so many choices available — plus the fact that I don’t come from a design background — it’s often hard to know where to begin.
