do you use forge? I heard comfyUI was the best
>>
>>108897356
Yes. Forge Neo to be specific. Comfy is more powerful in the sense that it allows you to tinker with shit, but actually genning with it is a pain. Forge is way ahead in terms of usability and Comfy only offers any value if you understand all the technical shit that goes down under the hood. If you're just going to use someone else's workflow you might as well use Forge.

First vibecoded app, made for my personal use, and I'm pretty satisfied with how it's shaping up after a little over a week of work. But I'm starting to wonder if I should keep going or start over with a proper architecture, right now it's basically a main.py monolith using only python and pyqt. Starting over would be a bore but probably a learning experience.
Any suggestions?

I get that, but since I got into this hobby due to its interactive nature, then my last resort for when my mind goes blank is that I ask the AI to give me some options to choose from, not just *and then {{user}} rizzes her up*, since that does not feel like me anymore. Uploaded a live demo of the MTG viewer at https://file.hiina.space/thestack/ (well live in the sense you can click around, but it's not actively running a game). you can hover over 'THOUGHT' to see it and there's some tabs for the bot "memories".

Code and prompts and slop design docs are at https://github.com/hiinaspace/thestack too. tl;dr there's still a regular MTG rules engine that tells the bots what they can do, but they think and have strategy/"personality" between calls. i.e. clod plays pokemon. IMO you need a whole complicated RAG or anything. Even e4b basically knows what magic is, enough to usually interpret the rules text. It definitely won't play pro magic but it'll at least be more entertaining than watching MCTS go brrr.

I still haven't gotten 26b working yet but I'm a filthy cloudslopper anyway so I'm going to see how clod agent sdk will do in the same harness

You see son, it used to be that if a company didn't put Americans first, that company would face stiff consequences and criminal charges. As taking American jobs and bringing them overseas is effectively the same as draining the American economy and giving it to a foreign government.

That was BEFORE Jewish financial politics came into play, and draining the American economy was OK as long as the government got a cut of it.

I do not think so i think he is going to make openai very profitable, for both images and codes every AI model tells you to fuck off when they are out of compute, gemini outright refuses to do image tasks, claude tells you go to sleep if anthropic lacks available capacity.

OpenAI is not the best at code and images but it's at 90% of gemini levels on images and 90% of claude level on code and somehow they did a top tier invention.

A fucking queue system!Yeah i know, great invention but openAI products at the moment are the only ones that wait yet deliver your tasks without telling you to fuck off if they lack compute.

I believe this will make openAI profitable soon, people are getting tired of gemini with nano banana working well one day and the next telling you to fuck off, or claude telling you go to sleep or worse antigravity ide errors with 50 retry that devour your quota.

OpenAI came back big and will make it now, they were at risk at the start of the year but their last model and queue system working moderately well will save their ass.

Not sure why this myth gets repeated.
First of all, every race cheats in school. There is no "honesty" genes unless you have zero life experience.
Second, just go look at the names of AI researchers or publications.
It is undeniably Chinese sounding. The conspiracy falls apart when every AI lab is like this.
Finally, Chinese people are genetically similar to Koreans and Japanese, so it still wouldn't make sense why their IQs would be wildly different.
It's like claiming Germans are a different kind of European next to Norwegians or Spanish.

Because of default compiler options. This was a big problem right around a decade ago, when the Phenom II platform was still relevant but the default compiler options for Visual C++ had dropped support for it. So many games that should've by all means supported it, were instead compiled with requirements for instructions it didn't have and thus needed to be patched later for support. Same thing happened way earlier with pre-P4 32-bit x86 CPUs.
Another issue is deprecated Windows features, as using the Windows 95-era Win32 API would result in modern Windows versions running the program via backwards compatibility, it'd introduce various limitations and performance issues on newer platforms.

this is a 24 year old page, and I'm pretty sure the author conflated a.out with COFF when they're different formats
>Can even run COFF binaries today
as far as I can tell, COFF never gained any traction on Linux (aside from whatever the fuck ECOFF on MIPS is)
>You can't run a DOS binary on any windows machine today. The last time that was possible was on win95
NTVDM and WoW16 persisted in 32-bit Windows for decades and they're still usable in x86 Win10
>Still true today with ELF-based adapters
This is technically true, but translation layers ≠ native support, and even then, I don't see how using some unmaintained a.out -> ELF wrapper is any different from using WineVDM to run Win16 apps. I'm also conveniently ignoring that a.out was so short-lived on Linux that the only example of it I've seen is the Atari Jaguar linker and that it isn't an "ELF from the early 90s"
>Diablo 2 needed to be updated in 2016 to even run on windows 10
I know jackshit about Blizzard games, but it seems like Diablo 2 ran on Windows 10 with basic workarounds even before that update https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgyw4rD87jo [Embed]

>this is a 24 year old page, and I'm pretty sure the author conflated a.out with COFF when they're different formats
You are confused.
>as far as I can tell, COFF never gained any traction on Linux (aside from whatever the fuck ECOFF on MIPS is)
It was the originally supported format before ELF. So the point is that the executables we can run are those that were made for linux before it was even possible to use ELF. That's roughly equivalent of being able to run DOS executables on Windows like was possible in windows 95.
>NTVDM and WoW16 persisted in 32-bit Windows for decades and they're still usable in x86 Win10
NTVDM/WoW16 is a wine-tier compat layer. Win95 is the last time it was possible to actually run 16bit executables on windows without extensive "emulation" of this type. It's also very limited and many subsystems were never available with it, which is why in practice, after win95, no 16 bit program actually worked. It's why GoG always had to package dos programs with dosbox (and why dosbox existed at all).

>This is technically true, but translation layers ≠ native support,
Ironic. The adapter is not a translation layer, it's just a format hoister.

>Diablo 2 ran on Windows 10 with basic workarounds even before that update
If you read the comments you'll see it only partially works and requires a patch that was released in 2010 to even get that far.
