A minimal ambient track made with a single synth, where each note holds immense weight, resonating in vast space, evoking loneliness, mystery, and cosmic wonder. It’s a slow, emotional sci-fi journey, where silence is just as important as sound, and the melodies hint at something grand yet unknowable. Welcome to my channel. I make calm cinematic background ambient music in various forms: cyberpunk sleep music ambient, future city chill music, ambient for deep sleep, ambient for relaxation and meditation, music for focus and relaxation, future city ambient, chill cyberpunk ambience. Please, help me grow the channel by liking, sharing and commenting 🙏 ⚠️ Copyright Notice: All music in this video is copyrighted and owned by Audrius Vaitiekūnas (Future City Music). Hello, Futurenauts! 🚀 FCM just reached 50,000 subscribers ! That number feels surreal to me. What started as a spontaneous idea slowly evolved into something that is now a huge part of my daily life. Being able to create music almost every day — and actually make a living from it — is the best feeling I’ve ever had. None of this would exist without you. Thank you for listening. Thank you for subscribing. Thank you for commenting and sharing. I try to read every single comment on every video and reply to as many as I can — even if it gets a little overwhelming sometimes. Your words, your interpretations, your presence… they mean more than you probably realize. I’ve also just released a new video — a chill futuristic memory filled with nostalgia and melancholy. If you feel like drifting for a while, it’s waiting for you. https://youtu.be/D0Zmjk2K2_0?si=EOszr... Thank you for being here. This city keeps growing because of you. Audrius

Hey future travelers, New video is up. I’ve been experimenting with softer visuals lately — more color, more warmth. I felt like I needed to step away from a stricter look and let the city feel a bit more open. For some reason, this one really takes me back to London, almost 20 years ago. First time living in a huge city, walking around at night, looking through windows, just feeling small and inspired at the same time. Hard to explain — it’s just a feeling. Hope this one works as a calm companion tonight. https://youtu.be/iWkqqnU7n_c?si=Vs2Qs...

Hello friends and future travelers ! After the quiet Christmas period, I’m slowly finding the rhythm again. I’ve been experimenting a bit, but today I’m back where it feels right - soft space music for deep relaxation. This new track is built around gentle, nostalgic chord progressions, made for sleeping, daydreaming, or simply letting the day slow down. I hope it keeps you good company tonight. Let me know how it feels. https://youtu.be/UThhVFj1g_A?si=q3-NK...

Hello Futurenauts, It’s been a while since my last post here. As this year is coming to an end and we slowly move toward 2026, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who’s been here with me. According to YouTube analytics, the channel grew by around 33K subscribers this year, which is honestly amazing. I’m very grateful to all of you for listening, liking, commenting, and sharing the music. I wish you a peaceful Christmas — a time for solitude and self-reflection, but also for being with family if that’s your thing. I’ll post one more video before the year ends, hopefully on the last Monday of the year. It will be a very calm, reflective piece — a quiet way to close 2025. Wishing you the best possible experience finishing this year and stepping into a new era of 2026. Thank you for being here. Audrius - Future City Music

Hello Futurenauts, I wanted to make this post because there are so many things I’d like to share that wouldn’t quite fit into the video description. I’ve just uploaded a new video. In the past, I used to make music first and then adapt the visuals to fit it. But recently, I started working the other way around. I’ve been having these creative sessions where I sketch short visual ideas — 30-second loops of different moods and scenes. I keep them all in a folder and go through them from time to time, choosing one that inspires me and writing music specifically for it. That’s how the last few uploads came to life, including this new one. When I look at the moving visual, I imagine the kind of world it belongs to and the feeling I want to bring across through sound. This particular one represents a futuristic place where time stands still — no worries, no rush. In this world, technology exists to help humanity, not control it. Education is centered on developing the power of the mind and manifestation, instead of filling it with useless information. People understand their potential from an early age, and society is built around communes that help and support each other. There’s no money — just harmony and creation. Through both the visual and sound, I wanted to convey that sense of peace. For the soundscape, I left my field recorder outside to capture some evening nature sounds. I slowed those recordings down a lot, added some subtle processing, and blended them into the track — they’re quiet, but you can still catch glimpses of that futuristic ambience beneath everything else. Lately, I’ve also been experimenting with arrangements — creating tracks that move through several seamless sections. Each theme gently transitions into another, so the music feels like it’s flowing in circles rather than repeating itself. I’m also approaching 40K subscribers, which feels surreal. I’ve never cared about numbers, but this is the first time in my life that my music is reaching so many people. I’ve been making music most of my life — not just ambient, but also electronic underground styles like jazz, funk, jungle, acid house, and more. I think traces of those genres still echo in my ambient pieces. But ambient music has always felt like home to me, and seeing it resonate with so many of you means a lot. Thank you all for listening, for your support, and for the beautiful comments you leave. It really keeps me going. https://youtu.be/QD-NWUfIQHg
