Subscriptions also aren't updating. YouTube changed something, all the youtube apps are broken now.

Also been having channels not load at all on FreeTube as well for the past few hours [TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'metadata_parts')]. I've thought it was a FreeTube thing until i've just opened NewPipe and this showed up. I think YouTube changed something again.
Same here. Clicking the RSS button on a chanel page in New Pipe returns a 404 error. The XML feed from YouTube has been changed, shut down, or is otherwise offline.
Hmm, subscriptions still update for me if the progress bar isn’t lying.
The progress bar is lying. That, or ~350 channels all decided not to upload in the past 16 hours.
Youtube's RSS feed goes down every afternoon/evening and has for weeks/months/years. Annoying. If yesterday was any indication, it will come back tomorrow.
As for the change YouTube made, it has broken FreeTube too. Deliberately I'm sure.
I think they're finally getting rid of their RSS feeds. Was bound to happen eventually - too easy to use such a feed to get what you want to watch without doing anything YouTube wants you to do.

Pipepipe Version 5.0.0 still works but only partially, the unified feed shows only one channel at a time, but the individual channel pages seems to be ok.
BTW: Channel list still - or again? - works magically in (gtk-)Youtube-Player and (gtk-)Pipe-Player. Did recompile both yesterday.
So something is broken, but maybe YT is targeting specific applications?

Same issue with Grayjay. Unable to display any channel videos in the "Video" tab . I am surprised some said earlier that Grayjay works fine.
Edit: Grayjay actually works if you update its youtube plugin. I freshly installed Grayjay just today earlier and didn't know about the youtube plugin — sorry for the misinformation.

ok, just updated it in grayjay, too. The changelog explicitely states: "Fixed issue causing date to be empty and videos missing from channels" - v337 (Youtube Plugin)
Grayjay itself is at v381.
Also impacted by this youtube change : FreeTubeApp/FreeTube#9163
I confirm that turning on the "Fetch from dedicated feed when available" from the "Content" submenu in the setting, works as a workaround in my TCL TV.
I dont know why, but enabling fast mode seems to fix the problem for me.

Concur. Fast mode fixes the subscriptions feed, with all the downsides of fast mode. Shorts are mixed into it, no durations, etc. Channel details pages still do not load the videos list.

Maybe that's the reason some apps seem to work for some people.
FYI, a little more testing to hopefully help narrow things down, while subscriptions and the video tab on a creator's page do not update, it appears that if the creator adds/updates a playlist, the extractor can find the new playlists and videos.
If you also know the title of a video, the search function can pull up a newer videos still.
