Useless Junk

I bought 2, one for each of my dogs. Subscribed to their services. When my dogs ran away tonight, I got no notice, not tracking—nothing. Only a message that there was no cellular service The whole purpose is to find your pet and be notified when it leaves the designated area. It did neither. Thank God I had an old fashion tag on their collar and a Good Samaritan called me. If I relied on Whistle, they would still be missing. Since the Whistle works off my wifi when the dogs are home; I got no notice there was a problem with service until they were gone—which is too late. I thought I was protecting them; now I am just sick.
