I had been seeing a physical therapist for lower left side back and hip pain and while the exercises for that helped I started to develop mid and upper back pain, most likely from doing crunches too hard with my hands behind my head, must've really strained the mid and upper muscles but I have had pain in the right scapula area before that. Also bad posture from the computer and driving a different vehicle for work now added to it. He adjusted my upper spine with very forceful pressure, and showed me some of these exercises and also to roll backwards on a foam roller, and someone else mentioned the "wall Angel" stretch so I am doing all of these, it feels like it is trying to straighten things out but it is such an awkward place to feel pain, but I will keep at it! Thank you
I feel fibration in my feet after doing this.Is it normal?
Good explanations. They are all Yoga poses. Lol. I also incorporate Yoga into my physical therapy treatments when I am working with patients.

Fantastic stuff. Second pose bringing the arm up with the hand wrapped around the head was quite difficult but that's entirely due to my limited range of flexibility in that area. With more time and practice I would probably achieve the formation as shown in the video. The first pose immediately reduced the pain and tension I was experiencing in my upper back. Going slowly, by the time I hit the last pose before the Cat, the pain had subsided by about 75-80%. Looking forward to implementing these stretches into my rugby team's stretching routine! Thanks Dr. Fairley!

Somewhat athletic but these seem a bit complicated.
Great exercises! Especially interesting to me was when you started a movement with your eyes. Funny enough I had just recently heard that! Could you go more into depth about why this is beneficial or as to how it impacts an exercise? Unfortunately I couldn't get any specific information about that on the internet so far.

This is good a gradual progression. As shown each exercises got increasingly difficult For someone with more of a serious problem they probably shouldn't do all of the exercises good video though
