The Command Zone
This is the front door. Land here, launch into Body, Mind, Choice, Custom, or Manage from the sidebar — or stay put and run your day from one screen: Today's Survival Check, Daily Reflection, Schedule, Tasks, Gear Check (so you don't leave the house without your meds AGAIN), and the Did You Take Care of You? checklist. Plus signature confetti — celebration is accessibility too, but only at the intensity you can tolerate.
Theme Gallery
Most apps ship light, dark, maybe system. Chaos Command ships 15. Every theme below is the SAME Settings & Customization page — same controls, same copy, same little octopus mascot in the corner — re-skinned. Plus customizable confetti emoji and a 0–100% bounce intensity slider for migraine and seizure safety. Because accessibility isn't one toggle.
Accessibility & Customization
Most apps bury accessibility three menus deep, then ship one font size and call it a day. Chaos Command surfaces it: a 0-100% motion intensity slider with five named stops (Static, Subtle, Gentle, Lively, Full) for vestibular and seizure safety, four celebration intensities from Off to CHAOS, customizable confetti emoji, font family controls, and granular tracker visibility per page. Built for users with photophobia, migraine, dysautonomia, sensory processing differences, and the lived experience of being told to 'just turn off animations' as if that were a real solution. It isn't. This is.
Body Trackers
Most apps offer a 'symptom journal' — one text box, one severity slider, one shrug. We offer dedicated trackers for diabetes glucose plus CGM/pump/GLP-1 timers, dysautonomia episodes typed by physiology (POTS, BP, GI, temp regulation, SpO2), food allergens with full reaction logging and emergency protocols, seizures by type with aura and post-ictal symptoms, ovulation and menstrual cycles, weather sensitivity, and head pain phenotyped by location and pain quality. Lumping all that into 'how do you feel today, 1–10' is how chronic illness data becomes useless. Specificity is the whole point.
Mind — Mental Health, Done Right
Most mental-health apps are anxiety meditation timers in a trenchcoat. Chaos Command ships actual surfaces: a crisis tracker that doesn't punish you for being in crisis (validation-first headers, plain-language SI labels, hotlines on every page), a safety plan that's a real plan, sensory regulation built for AuDHD bodies, brain fog tracking that takes brain fog seriously, and a hope tracker — because hope is data too.
Choice Trackers
Choice is the deliberate frame: the inputs you actually have some agency over. Food, water, sleep, movement, energy budget — the levers, not the weather. Most apps mash these in with symptom logs and call it 'wellness.' We don't. The Body category is for what happens TO you. Choice is for what you decide, with the spoons you actually have.
Analytics & Pattern Finding
Most health apps show you a pretty graph of your steps and call it insight. Chaos Command actually correlates the things you tracked — head pain against medications, digestive symptoms against self-care days, severity against type. Your body has patterns. You're too busy surviving them to find them manually. This is the surface that does the finding for you, then tells you in plain English what it noticed.
Custom Trackers & The Forge
Every body is different and every condition has weird metrics nobody made a tracker for. So we ship a tracker-maker, not just trackers. The Forge is the builder UI: name your tracker, pick field types (Scale 1-10, Yes/No, Dropdown, Number, Text, Multi-Select, Tags, Date, Time, Date & Time), or pull from medical dictionaries (Symptoms, Anatomy, Conditions, Measurements). Preview it, deploy it, it shows up in your CUSTOM section. You design it, you own it.
Manage — Life Admin for the Chronically Ill
Chronic illness is a part-time job in paperwork. Most tracker apps stop at 'log your symptoms' — that's the easy part. Manage is the rest of it: provider rosters with click-to-dial and click-to-map, appointment prep AND post-visit review, demographics that export clean for clinical intake, employment history that survives brain fog, missed-work logs structured for ADA and SSDI, an applications tracker for the disability paperwork tornado, and a Disability Guide that explains how the system actually works without condescending. Also a medical-evidence locker (the Gaslight Garage) and yes, compression sock rotation. Because socks are real and disability adjudicators actually ask.
Reports & Export
Most health apps treat your data like it's theirs. We treat it like it's yours. Reports are designed for the actual appointment you're going to — the one where your doctor has fifteen minutes and you've been awake for thirty hours. Pick a date range, check what to include, hand over something a clinician can read. Not a 400-page CSV dump. Not a PDF held hostage behind a paywall. Yours.
Settings That Aren't Embarrassing
Most apps hide their settings because they're either thin (one toggle and a privacy policy nobody reads) or hostile (dark patterns, lock-in, opaque sync). Chaos Command's settings are the opposite — local-first by default, units that won't kill you, plain-language disclaimers that respect your intelligence, and a panic button for when your data needs to disappear. Your device, your data, your terms.
