Defending champion Kunlavut advanced to the final for the second successive year after beating fourth seed Chou Tien-chen of Taiwan 21-7, 21-19 in the semi-finals at Nimibutr Stadium.
World No.2 Kunlavut, who is bidding to become the first men's singles player since Joko Suprianto in 1994 to win three titles, will take on third seed Antonsen in Sunday's decider.
Antonsen advanced without breaking a sweat after top seed and world No.1 Shi Yuqi of China pulled out of their semi-final.
Earlier, Pitchamon Opatniputh's impressive run in the Super 500 tournament came to an end in the last-four stage on Saturday.
In a first meeting between the two players, the 19-year-old Thai rising star went down to Japanese top seed Akane Yamaguchi 11-21, 15-21 in 37 minutes.
Pitchamon caused some big upsets against fellow Thai players earlier in the week. She knocked out former champion Supanida Katethong in the first round and downed fourth seed Pornpawee Chochuwong in the quarter-finals.
Yamaguchi will face defending champion and second seed Chen Yufei in the title match after the Chinese star defeated Japan's Hina Akechi 21-17, 21-19.
Yamaguchi is looking to win her first title of the year while Chen is eyeing her second of 2026. She is also hoping to become the first Chinese women's singles player in 19 years to retain her title since Zhu Lin in 2007.
Mixed doubles top seeds Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Supissara Paewsampran were to face Zhu Yijun and Li Qian of China in a late match on Saturday, with the winners taking on second seeds Mathias Christiansen and Alexandra Boje of Denmark for the title.
Christiansen and Boje edged past sixth seeds Cheng Xing and Zhang Xi of China 23-21, 17-21, 21-16 in the first semi-final.
Men's doubles top seeds Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chiraq Shetty advanced to the final with a 19-21, 22-20, 21-16 victory over third seeds Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzuddin of Malaysia.
They will play Leo Rolly Carnando and Daniel Marthin of Indonesia after the Indonesian pair defeated He Jiting and Ren Xiangyu of China 21-15, 21-18.
In the women's doubles event, top seeds Rin Iwanaga and Kie Nakanishi of Japan will battle it out against Bao Lijing and Cao Zihan of China.
