Episode 8 Spoilers
Just going to leave this here, then deleting. Don’t ask me how I know, or who I am. This is coming from me. These are a few points that occur in the series finale. I assume there will be the ‘bullshit’ comments, you will see next week. This is a small list of what happens.
- Homelander slaughters a fair few innocent people. Very similar to the fake scenario that played out a few seasons ago where he lasers the crowd, but worse. You finally get to see him snap with nobody to hold him back.
- America is now in panic. Homelander returns again to The Boy’s HQ, and kills Terror as there’s nobody else there.
- Homelander kills Oh Father.
-Ashley deserts.
- At the White House, homelander is fighting all of the Boys, plus Marie and Ryan.
- The way Homelander dies is the opposite of the approach you have all debated. The virus is used first, and then Kimiko’s blast is used. Homelander is then killed by Butcher after being depowered.
I do not know what happens after this as my work was done. I do know that production continued for a couple of days after this point was wrapped up.
Please do not think you will be disappointed by the finale, I know it has been a slower season than expected, but this is where a lot of the real work was put in.

Well the virus was shown to be able to incapacitate even V1 supes. At least the writers remembered that.
Hope this is legit because it's a pretty good ending for what the season has been
Uhh so if they use the virus during the fight shouldn't it have killed every other good supe in the room as well?
You can write around it with Marie being a biokinetic and, a bit less believably, with Ryan being naturally a supe. They would be the only two powered in the area, who would be infected.
Virus is used first. Kamiko blasts everyone in the room frying the V out of everyone so no virus virus to attach at that point
It's airborne so N95 masks or respirators should do the trick. Also Kimiko, Annie, and Butcher are in suicide mode.

It's funny that a virus that is Airborne simply wouldn't be Airborne anymore if we consider this leak to be real.
Even if the virus was airborne it'd be complete horseshit that it'd be enough for the whole world let alone the country, the whole thing is just stupid that it's somehow a threat to all supes..
But it was established as Airborne. Nowhere did it say otherwise. So much so that in episode 2 they need to seal off the entire location to test it on Rockhard.
Oh Father has been one of the worst written characters. I don’t understand his motivation - it doesn’t seem like just fear of Homelander. What does he actually want or believe in?
From what I gathered, it's money. He talks about his church being bankrupt and poor so him starting this church for Homelander is making him money. So just like most of the supes in the show, money and fame is what he's after.

This is the one comment I’m going to reply to, just in order to clarify the following - There are going to be scenes between the points in my list, and after, that I do not know of. I do not know the fate of Deep, nor any of the surviving characters after Homelander’s death.

How is homelander infected with the virus if releases the virus means it’s airborne kimiko and every supe in that room would die immediately

I'm just confused as to why The Boys left Terror at their pennsylvania hideout when they know that Homelander knows this is their hideout.
Also, if the virus is used on HL, wouldn't it kill every other supe as well because it's airborne?
Everything else sounds believable and honestly, sounds pretty good.
Imm going to be honest with the OST being out I do not believe the majority of leaks cause none of them line up with how it is clearly signaling the last fight is going to be in the tower or at least they’ll go to the tower
I was not involved in anything to do with the tower. I can confirm the final fight happens at the White House.
