Entry package contract benefits application conditions

• When applying for Voice Plan or Share Plan online, you will receive 2,000 WAON POINTS if you use the entry package purchased in-store.
  • When applying, please be sure to register the entry code listed on the package. Please note that if you apply without registering an entry code, you will not be eligible for this benefit.
  • Entry packages purchased through Yahoo! Shopping are not eligible for this benefit.
• Only one entry code can be registered per contract.
  • The same entry code cannot be used for multiple contracts.
  • With Share Plan, you only need one entry code regardless of the number of SIM cards you apply for. Please note that even if you purchase as many entry packages as the number of SIM cards you apply for, only one entry code is eligible for this benefit.
• WAON POINTS will be awarded on AEON MOBILE My Page on the last day of the second month following the start of use. The contract eligible for this benefit must be ongoing at the time the WAON POINTS are awarded. If the contract eligible for the benefit has been canceled at the time the WAON POINTS are awarded, WAON POINTS will not be awarded. Also, if you cancel the eligible contract, you will not be able to register the WAON card required to receive WAON POINTS. For more information, please see "About WAON POINTS."​
• When signing the contract, a contract administration fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) per line (SIM card fee) is required.
  • If you apply using the entry package, the package fee includes the cost of one SIM card. If you apply using an entry code, the cost of the first SIM card will not be charged.
• Please note that if you switch from another carrier (MNP), the final day of your contract under your current mobile carrier is the day you begin using AEON Mobile. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the contract you have with your carrier.
  • If you only apply for a SIM card online, you will need to switch your carrier on My Page after receiving your SIM card. The point at which your SIM card becomes usable after the switching procedure is the date on which your contract with your current carrier will be canceled.
  • If you purchase a smartphone at the same time as applying for a SIM card online, you can choose to switch your carrier yourself (the SIM card and smartphone will be delivered separately), or have us switch your carrier and deliver the smartphone ready to use (the SIM card will be inserted into the smartphone and delivered as a set). If we switch your carrier and deliver the smartphone, the date you switch will be the termination date for your contract with your current carrier, and you will be unable to use communication services for a period of time until you receive your new SIM card.

• This benefit is not applicable only to the purchase of the entry package.
• Data Plan contracts and corporate contracts are not eligible.
• We may refuse to provide benefits for fraudulent contracts or any other contracts that we determine to be inadmissible.
• Rights to this benefit cannot be transferred to a third party. Also, refunds cannot be made in cash.

WAON POINT

• WAON POINTS will be awarded on AEON MOBILE My Page on the last day of the second month after you start using the service.
  • To receive WAON POINT, you need the 16-digit "WAON number" starting from 6900, which is written on your electronic money WAON card, such as "AEON Card (WAON integrated)", "AEON Bank Cash Card", "Mobile WAON" or "WAON Card".
  • If you have registered AEON Pay's "WAON Touch," you can check your "WAON number" by touching the face of your WAON card on the app.
  • Apply to receive points from the AEON MOBILE My Page menu or your account's "Benefits & Coupons" > "WAON POINT Benefits" and follow the on-screen instructions to register your "WAON number."
  • You cannot register a WAON POINT card with a WAON POINT number that begins with 1000 or 1081.
  • If you register your JMB WAON "WAON number", you will receive WAON electronic money.
• At the time of receiving WAON POINTS, you must meet the eligibility requirements for the applicable benefits.
  • For benefits that require the continuation of the applicable contract at the time of awarding WAON POINTS, if the contract that is eligible for the benefit has been canceled at the time of awarding, WAON POINTS will not be awarded. Also, if the applicable contract is canceled, you will not be able to register the "WAON number" required to receive WAON POINTS.
  • At the time of registering your WAON number, you will not be able to register if you have outstanding fees for the contract that is eligible for the benefit, or if your service has been suspended due to fraudulent use, etc. Also, please note that if you cancel your communication service, you will no longer be able to use My Page after a certain period of time.
  • The registration period for your WAON number on My Page is up to three months from the date you receive your WAON POINTS. WAON POINTS will expire after the registration period has expired.
  • Please note that if you register the wrong "WAON number", you will not be able to receive WAON POINTS.
• The registration application period for your WAON number on AEON MOBILE My Page is up to three months from the date your WAON POINTS are awarded. WAON POINTS will expire after the registration application period has passed. Please note that if you register an incorrect WAON number, you will not be able to receive your WAON POINTS.
• You can check the WAON POINTS you have received using the "iAEON" app or the "smart WAON" website.
• WAON POINTS can be used to pay for purchases at WAON POINT member stores nationwide, with 1 WAON POINT = 1 yen.
  • If you wish to use WAON POINTS, please register your electronic money WAON card in the "iAEON" app in advance, and then register the "WAON number" registered in the app on AEON MOBILE My Page.
• WAON POINTS can be exchanged for WAON electronic money at WAON Stations located in AEON and AEON Style stores or at AEON Bank ATMs (with some exceptions), and can be used at WAON member stores nationwide.
  • If you are using the WAON electronic money card for the first time, you will need to charge 1,000 yen or more.
  • Once exchanged, WAON electronic money cannot be converted back into WAON POINTS.
• WAON POINTS are valid for a maximum of two years, including the one-year point accumulation period (the point accumulation period varies for each customer).
  • You can check the expiration date of your WAON POINTS on the "smart WAON" website.
  • WAON POINTS that have expired will become invalid and cannot be reissued regardless of the reason.
• We may refuse to provide benefits for fraudulent contracts or any other contracts that we determine to be inadmissible.
• Rights to this benefit cannot be transferred to a third party. Also, refunds cannot be made in cash.

Conditions of contracts and contract updates

• There is no minimum usage period for AEON MOBILE communication services. There are also no cancellation fees. However, if you cancel the communication service itself, you will no longer be able to use AEON MOBILE 's My Page after a certain period of time, and you will no longer be able to receive benefits (WAON POINTS) for which your WAON number has not been registered at that time.
• You cannot register a WAON number if you have outstanding fees for the contract eligible for this benefit, or if service provision has been suspended due to fraudulent use, etc. Furthermore, if service provision is suspended or the contract is terminated due to fraudulent use, etc. after WAON POINTS have been awarded, you will lose your right to any benefits, such as benefits, that you received under the contract. In such cases, we may request that you return such benefits, etc.
