I think all the backglasses are kinda bland collage format.
Premium even gives off Alec Baldwin Shadow vibes...
Maybe would have been an area limited by the licenser.. but they are pretty uninspired IMO.
LE at least gets the most credit for using the common earth background used so heavily in the sunbow show.
Something of cybertron more reminiscent of the movie scale would have been standout for the LE
Quoted from campinggear:The toys look like the G1 toys from back in the day. Wtf you guys expect? lol sad days when hype threads are a bunch of party poopers. I really don’t know what people were expecting or hoping for here
You're still new. Another 5 or 6 hype threads and you'll get used to it.
Quoted from campinggear:lol sad days when hype threads are a bunch of party poopers
Hype threads are not 'rah rah' hype men threads.
They are the collective 'buzz' and 'news' threads for a rumored title.
Quoted from Flipper_McGavin:I'm hyped.

Cool you’re so hyped you took a selfie?
Electric Bat just did a walkthrough of the shot layout. The Stern producer for the game joined the stream via chat (he is Cale's friend) to correct Serge on some ball paths and also give some juicy details about 'maybe' having You've Got the Touch.

I was really hoping this would be themed from the movie and have a big Unicron ball eating shot, the matrix, that stuff as the core theming but this is fine. It's on point. I was a big transformers kid but more the toys and the movie than the cartoon. I have the DVD collection and the TV show was just okay. I don't hate this but it's a shrug from me. You would have had me with the movie as the theme. I'm unhyped now.
I don't think it would make sense to have the songs from the movie, they might do it but those are licenses that cost extra for no reason. I'm thinking they'll just make original stuff or use modernized show music.
Quoted from Apollo18:I wouldn’t even accept a HP for free.
“Competitor” LMAO. K, LOL
And Kia is a “competitor” to Lamborghini. lol
Transformers is already Far Above & Beyond anything made by deceptive and cheap JJP.
Not even fkng close.

Here, you dropped this.
This looks like an improvement over the last couple games. 4 different robots who hopefully all do something different is pretty cool. My only criticism off the top of my head is the standard multi rainbow color playfield. So much color and half the artwork gets lost in it. Looks like it may be a hit though. I didn't grow up with Tranformers so it all looks cool to me.
Quoted from Gubbin:Haha. People are gonna lose their mind when Optimus doesn't transform
My "guess" is Optimus goes from the squatted form in the image below, which looks like when he's in the semi-truck form and then "transforms" upwards and stands tall in non vehicle form.

I hope your right. That would be really cool.

This is great. Thank you for sharing!
Quoted from ij72:Yeah, when I was recently cleaning my basement laundry room, I discovered a small container of my old circa 84-85 Transformers. Not super high quality - I found myself amazed I didn’t break them all back then!
Testify!
20260513_191946 (resized).jpgI don't know if you've watched the old G1 cartoon recently, but I have. It's bad, and this playfield reflects that. My feeling is most peoples' hype was conditional on it being TFTM, which is the only part of G1 that actually holds up. The absence of any post-1986 robots (the combiners actually debuted in the cartoon first, in 1985) and "The Ultimate Doom" being the big wizard mode means the chance of TFTM being licensed is zero. Yes it would have been more expensive but it would be giving buyers what they actually want. This is Stern cheaping out on what they see as a sure thing just like they did with Pokemon.
The only silver lining is they didn't use the "evergreen" Transformers design, which would actually be the equivalent of Pokemon and is like the Temu version of G1.
