Hello guys,

I'm running my archive with hundreds of independent files for many months and suddenly it was removed. But I did not get any notification, no message, no malware detected and no copyright problem.

Somebody knows what is going on? Because the support does also not help or answer me

And I mean if there would be a single file which makes problems in any way, it's also no reason to delete a complete collection with hundreds of other files.

I'm in a somewhat similar boat. I didn't have a whole collection deleted, but when I went to check on my uploads I noticed one of my videos gone. No email, notification, nothing. I checked my spam folder just to make sure nothing got lost. If it was removed for copyright, so be it. But the fact that I was given no notice or reason after being up for years, a bit ridiculous. That's a basic, bare minimum function. I would have never known it was gone if I never looked. IA seems to have been dropping the ball since the hack months ago.

I'm bumping this post for visibility and I hope you get an answer soon if you haven't already.

Items get removed all the time, and it is typically due to copyright or Terms of Use concerns, as I am unaware of a formalised content policy on IA, other than what US (and Californian state) laws require.

If what you were uploading was freely licensed or public domain material then it would indeed seem odd for an entire collection to be removed. Perhaps you should check the contents of the archive (you should have kept an off site backup) were in fact 'free' to distribute?
