Last remnants of humanity watch powerless from the International Space Station as the final pockets of the Earth's surface are consumed.
Our planet is now an anchor for Xipe Totec, the alien organism we were powerless against, as it continues spreading throughout the cosmos.

November 15, 2021. A new dwarf planet has been discovered in our solar neighbourhood. It was given the provisional name Xipe Totec.
It has gone unnoticed due to its small size and complex orbit, but it recently passed close enough for this first image to be captured.

// And that's a wrap for the Xipe Totec series folks! Say goodbye to Terry the meat planet.
And if you haven't read the full thing or you wanna catch up, you can read it all comfortably here:

It's a little bittersweet to end this one so I've been putting it off... I just love making those meat blobs come alive.
I'd definitely love to come back to this world with a little spin-off piece at some point though. Is there something you'd like to see happen in Terryworld?
Since so many of your creations live on earth and some of them almost feel like they could be cosmic horror type critters, maybe some of those things mix weirdly with Terry flesh? Mutations and infections it hasn’t had to deal with before because Earth is surprisingly and uniquely Weird
I could definitely see a whole ecosystem of parasites forming around it!
Absolutely love this grimness, but that last bonus image just made me think of this. I must apologize XD
Nothing quite like the horror of formless flesh with too many eyes. This series was spine tingling, thank you for sharing!
jeeze just set up shop on one of the gargantuan eyeballs and jump when it blinks its not that hard (amazing, horribly-unsettling art as always!)
at which point in the TL were you like "People are being defeatist, Humanity Can and Will fight back", and at which point were you like "Oh haha we're so screwed lol"
Well, crap…this’ll negatively impact the trout population…
Its okay. I forgive them. Sometimes you just need a lil snack
Congratulations to Terry on the new child, uh, anchor!
did it need a world with organic life already present, or did earth just so happen to lose the worst cosmic lottery imaginable
It probably looks for chemical signs of a suitable planet, like oxygen-rich atmospheres. If there's life already there, too bad for them!
wait, does that mean that what we call xipe totec was once its own thriving planet full of vibrant life before..... all that?
Possibly! The original planet where the superorganism developed was definitely thriving with life at some point. For the planet we see visit us in the series., we can't really know!
I'm guessing that killed at least 8, maybe 9 people
Damn, that's got to be a whole different level of existential crisis. Stuck up in space, limited supplies, staring down at the creeping flesh, and then it's like, bam. You just watched the Earth get eaten alive. I wonder if actual astronauts have this kind of nightmare. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
If it’s large enough could we live on its surface or does it have an immune system that is externally violent.
It will essentially digest you alive if you're in contact with it. Not recommended
reminds me of dogscape. wait would you ever consider doing a dogscape piece?? it was my favorite creepypasta growing up, so gross and weird
What if it gets hit by a meteorite storm? Can it endure that?
