At Beacon Hill A Lifespace Communities we strive to provide curated experiences to our residents. This past week, we had an opportunity to provide a once in a lifetime visit for our most senior resident, Edna. She celebrated her 110th birthday through a week of celebrations. She celebrated with family, friends, team members, and Chicago White Sox mascot, Southpaw! When Chicago White Sox heard their lifelong fan, Edna was turning 110, they volunteered to visit Beacon Hill to celebrate this milestone. Edna sang “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” with Southpaw dancing his finest moves and even received White Sox apparel to remember the occasion. These are the types of personalized experiences that Beacon Hill strives to provide every day. Because of her active lifestyle, Edna continues to thrive and is empowered to live her aspirations.
