Feel like the dash is overdue for a refresh. I actually like that since the 360, the dash continually evolves and adds new features. Hoping we get a revamped startup screen with the new logo and some modern acrylic/liquid glass effects.
well the new logo startup is coming on wednesday for series x/s so wish granted
Nice, missed that news from yesterday.
Thank you u/No_Donkey_3761. Could you also make all the old Xbox games backward compatible with the Xbox Series consoles? Please and thank you in advance 🙏🏾
I would love the Xbox console UI to be 1:1 to the Xbox app for PC (in "xbox mode"), please just give me that.
I want to feel like i'm playing on my console when i'm playing on PC
The Xbox Mode is just a placeholder, it too will evolve.
I hope so as I still don't have the toggle to switch it on. Nothing in my setting > gaming etc and I have the latest April update, oh well. No rush.
I see a lot of people have the same problem
Also they should do a better job with the steam games on Xbox mode it looks like ass. Can they not pull in the banner and other artwork for each game from steam grid db or something instead of some low res tiny icon only? It just makes me wanna use steam big picture mode when playing a steam game instead.

For reference, that's the new Cloud UI being tested, which will form the foundation of overall UI across devices. There's a video in that link, the UI has evolved further since January.
We're bringing back the blades!
