The creator of this doc does not condone any harassment of anyone involved or hate raids of any of the involved servers. Do NOT harass, threaten, or raid any of the servers or people involved. Doing so makes you no better than the people you think you’re proving something to, so be mature and act nice. This is a serious safety issue and not just Discord drama. If you wish to not support PreCord, the best way to do so is to not go near the server including any of their social media accounts or leave if you’re in it, NOT violating Discord’s TOS and harassment.

If you want to read only the most important of PreCord’s many crimes for easier reading, skip to pages 6-9 (details how a member of PreCord who is a minor had to fight for their groomer to get banned, showing how the staff is careless in regards to keeping the children members that they know make up a decent portion of their serverbase safe from creeps), 10-28 (many examples of PreCord members that are mostly staff sharing suggestive art of characters under 18 and age gap ships in a server populated by kids, even going as far as liking that type of content on their personal accounts showing they endorse it despite claims otherwise, and having an underage NSFW artist on their staff team), 29-37 (quite possibly the most egregious thing PreCord and their staff have done: someone reporting to one admin that a staff-adjacent member has had an extremely racist past with detailed proof and screenshots, and then dismissed because the screenshots were 6 years old despite the content shown being extremely irredeemable with the member in question still being in the server to this day), and 38-42 (demonstrates how both the PreCord staff horribly react to the concerns and criticisms of others who try to speak up about its issues, that includes acting hostile towards other Precure servers by shifting the blame on them instead of listening to the serious allegations.)

Precure Discord servers have a long history (spanning several years) of being run by sketchy people (usually pedophiles) who are trying to monopolize the English-speaking fandom primarily.
Old Precure Server
Before the server deletion, the staff had a bit of infighting. In June 2021, Precord was made due to instaff fighting between Inu and Sak but was not open to the public until September of that year.
The server was deleted in March 2022 due to the owner being called out for being in a Precure Hentai Server and a variety of other mod abuse. The server had 2 “owners”, being both Sak and Hannah, and the ownership of the server would flip flop between the 2 frequently.
However, Hannah is suspected to be one of many alts owned by Sak due to his history of making them, connecting back that an alt of Hannah’s could just be another of Sak’s alts. This can be seen as Sak putting less trust in his staff by basically having himself as the owner twice and lying to the staff team. After the deletion, NPS was made, thus beginning the chapter of NPS and PreCord. An announcement was made in NPS regarding what happened:
(The message can be found in NPS: https://discord.com/channels/954120635116830771/954123225162453042/956682510522265620)
PreCord is a Discord server created and run by a man going by the name Inu/Inubashiri. (https://twitter.com/bakainubashiri)
He is around 40 years old, and has been a fan since 2004. PreCord was created due to Inu, Blossom, Build, simzo, Reza, and klmnz disagreeing with the owner of DPS on how to run things.
He does not respond well to members expressing concerns and also condones child abuse (The tweet is still up as of writing this and has multiple archives on the Wayback Machine). https://web.archive.org/web/20200323094636/https://twitter.com/BakaInubashiri/status/124196792044555878) Inu and his staff have previously ganged up on a minor and he claimed the server would be destroyed by said minor.
Inu is also a cishet man, and it seems he was getting mad at people harmlessly shipping Mashiro and Sora and calling certain scenes gay.
Echo was 12 years old when they were talking with a pedophile in discord. When DPS was deleted, the predator found out they were not banned on NPS or PreCord. As soon as Echo told the mods on NPS about this person, the mods immediately went to work to ban the person. Echo soon realized that the predator was not banned on PreCord, so they immediately contacted the staff of PreCord. After supplying a mountain load of proof, klmnz says it had to have happened in PreCord in order to make the ban.
Please proceed with caution as you read the texts.
Inu is very aware that there are minors in Precord as seen here:
To solve this issue, the mods put Echo and the GROOMER into a chat together to “talk it out”. The groomer was thankfully banned later, but the fact there was a fight to get a literal pedophile banned from this server is concerning, even more concerning knowing that the staff team are all over the age of 18. Regardless of your stance on sexualizing fictional minors or problematic ships like Precord has condoned before, putting real minors in danger because you refused to click one button is absolutely vile. This is NOT the first time they’ve neglected to ban actual groomers/predators either, and others continue to be in the server or even active to this day even after being shown all the proper proof.
There was also a mishandling of an incident regarding another minor who had been wrongfully banned and someone who had been stalking/harassing/dragging her friends and the Precord staff applied the same tactics as they did with the Echo and their groomer. The writer of the doc has been asked by the person involved to not share anything else or name names so that’s about all that can be given about this second incident.
PreCord’s mods posting concerning fanart
These are the rules for the channel, the rules are seemingly never enforced as problematic shipping art and SFW art from NSFW artists are still posted freely and without any warnings or repercussions.
In the #-creations channel, the mods will often post fanart they found on Twitter and other sources, though a lot of the fanart they have been sharing has been concerning. A lot of fanart they repost seems to be harmless until you read the caption, which in Japanese, reads out problematic ship names such as “TsubAge”, “TsubaEllee,” “AgeMashi”, “ShalaSora” and “NozoCoco”. Reza is the one that posts most of the questionable fanart, however there is also a regular non-staff member who frequently posts art that is obviously intended to be romantic of TsubAge/TsubaEllee (adult/minor and 12 year old/literal baby). They have seemingly never gotten warned or questioned despite the claims from mods that PreCord does not allow problematic ships. This could be easily fixed by blacklisting questionable artists with a bot filter/the ship names in Japanese characters and getting rid of the posters, but the staff clearly does not care as much as they pretend to. Allowing the work of artists that post suggestive or straight NSFW content of characters that are under 18 also poses a safety hazard to the real minors in the server as they can very easily click on the artists’ page and get exposed to content they should not be shown, ever.
Below are examples of one of the problematic ships, TsubAge.

The questionable fanart also was posted in a ship channel, which before being called out, there was no indication of it being platonic or romantic. The term “shipping” is usually referring to romantic relationships.

The art in question:
Inu also has a tendency to retweet strange fanart of minors. He has also retweeted a piece of fanart where Elena was whitewashed and clearly sexualized. Another is an implied NozoCoco ship art.

Precord Twitter
The OFFICIAL Precord twitter account also follows a BUNCH of Precure fanartists that draw NSFW or suggestive art of minors. One even has their 🔞 account literally linked in the bio.
The problem with these tweets is that they are of minors. While they are not real, they give a graphic depiction of kids in sexual positions. These people also have their twitter linked in their discord bios, which will easily allow children to access porn. Remember, the PreCord staff KNOWS their server is filled with minors, yet they refuse to cater a safe space for kids.
The Official Precord Twitter account ALSO tweeted this for American Independence day.
The problem with this is that they used the International Cures from Happiness Charge. The International Cures are known for being very stereotypical, as the Indian cures have glasses and used calculators. The two cures in the picture are the Bomber Girls Precure, one of which is based off of a Native American. If you know anything about American History, you should know Native Americans were NOT on the US side for the revolutionary war.
PreCord also has a Precure NSFW artist on staff as an “Emote Specialist”.
His Pixiv account is here (obvious warning for NSFW art of children), and this was publicly linked at some point. He has also did a very obviously sexualized art of Laura (a 13 year old), and claimed she was “aged up” (ignoring the fact that aging up children characters just to sexualize them is still not okay + she doesn’t look any different other than having larger breasts and a more defined body.) This was shared in an unrelated server, which is how NPS caught wind of Smigglze being a weirdo.
After he asked to discuss with NPS staff after the ban took effect in the server, he and other staff were placed in a GC. There he claimed that lolicon wasn’t pedophilia (which, is erroneous as “lolicon” is the Japanese word for pedophile), that he doesn’t see the characters as children (???), and basically every tired argument that lolicons use to defend their content, including comparing liking children to being attracted to the same sex. All of this shows evidence PreCord fails to background check their staff properly
Precord Racism Dismissal
(They are also on Twitter under @cure_fae.) A user alerted Buildknuckle (a mod) about this person and their past. They alerted Build about this user in March of 2022.
Here is the user warning Build about Delta:

Here are MORE screenshots of this user being racist + a weirdo in general:
This was posted in the same server by another member in PreCord (though they are not affiliated with the staff):

These users are still in PreCord. Delta’s last message was in April 2022. One month after Build was alerted about Delta’s activities. This is clear evidence of what type of people PreCord allows in their server.
2023/7/26 – Blossom Making Accusations + Using Blackmail
On July 26th 2023, Blossom DMed the owner of a server unrelated to PreCord or PreCure that had posted this document in their announcements channel to spread awareness about it. She said that she “took offense to the post that one of [their] staff members posted in [their] announcement channel” and claimed that this document was “crafted by people who have been bullying and harassing [her] server and staff for years.”
Instead of asking this person (whom she had never spoken to previously) politely to take the announcement down, she proceeded to threaten to report their server for “violating Discord’s terms of service” (??) (Nothing about this is a TOS violation).
The fact that the first thing she resorted to (as a full grown adult) was blackmailing is very telling. Clearly her conflict resolution skills are sorely lacking. With PreCord’s track record of handling situations, this makes sense.
The bullying and harassment part of her message ties into the rest of the messages she sent, which are attached below:
Firstly, Blossom claims that “[her] harassers” are the people in the server that have the “cool friends” role. The server owner clarifies that that role is only cosmetic and as such the people who have it have no mod powers or perms and as such have no influence over the decisions of the server owner and the rest of the staff.
Blossom continues to press on and claims that “[her] harassers – which include not just [the owner’s] ‘cool friends’ [Moonie Hilton and Lillith Nagisa]” but also “Etoile Lit” (It’s Etoile Moonlit…?) had an intention to bring drama into the community. Now, the names Moonie Hilton and Lillith Nagisa might sound familiar to you. That would be because they are both staff members of the PreCure Discord server. It’s become pretty clear that Blossom is trying to claim that the PreCure staff, or at least some of them, are her and PreCord’s “harassers” and that they have been “harassing her server and staff for ‘years.’”
(Additionally, as of July 8th 2023, Etoile Moonlit is no longer staff on the PreCure discord server 💀 so this claim of hers is either blatantly a lie or she’s just ill-informed)
She then claims that they (the PreCord staff team) have “tried to talk to [the PreCure staff team]” but that they are “set on tarnishing her server’s name and that of its staff” and that they “come back every few months to try again” (implying that this has happened more than two times over the course of “years” as she had stated prior)
Many things about this statement are incorrect. Firstly, Blossom had claimed that her “harassers”, the PreCure staff team, had been “harassing her server and staff for years.” This statement is statistically impossible, as the PreCure server has only existed for about one year (16 months to be exact). If she is trying to claim that the staff members of PreCure that had been staff in “DPS” prior to it’s deletion were harassing her all the way back then, it’s a blatant lie. Sak didn’t let any of his staff mention PreCord by NAME at the time, let alone join the server or interact in any way at all.
Clearly, claiming that she and PreCord had been being harassed for “years” was a subtle manipulation tactic to try to exaggerate the situation and make herself (and by extension PreCord) seem like more of a victim. Essentially, she was attempting to guilt the server owner into deleting the announcement, and then she followed that up with blatant blackmailing.
Also, according to this thread posted by CureLucky (one of the owners of the PreCure server) there had only been two big conflicts between the two servers. The first one was the April 2023 PreCord thread, which is covered below, and the other was this document, which clearly Blossom is convinced PreCure has a hand in.
During the controversy surrounding the first thread, a PreCord admin (buildknuckle) (who is actually not even an admin on PreCord anymore) did reach out to the PreCure staff via Discord group chat. However, apparently not much productive discussion was had, and Buildknuckle ended up ghosting the PreCure team. This time around, some of the PreCure staff have been “[retweeting] things in support of the doc, as [they] prioritize the safety of minors” but as a server they have been neutral, with some discussion being allowed to occur in the sensitive-topics chat in their server, and they have “never encouraged or engaged in harassment.”
This debunks Blossom’s statement that they had tried to talk to the PreCure staff, because their attempt at talking was throwing one of their admins in a groupchat with all of the PreCure owners, (sounds familiar!) and then letting him ghost them when the chat died for more than a few hours, leaving the situation completely unresolved.
Moving on to the rest of Blossom’s messages, she ignores the unrelated server owner’s plea to not be made involved, and sticks to her guns, threatening them with a report yet again. (Note that she has not actually asked the owner nicely to take down the post). The server owner asks again for Blossom to speak to Daisycinnimon, and then asks Blossom to specify whether or not she really means Moonie and Lillith when she says “harasser.”
Blossom confirms that she means Moonie and Lillith when she means “harasser”, which with the context of her previous messages implies that that also includes the rest of the PreCure Staff. She then says that “Daisy can not be reasoned with” and that they already tried, which is also a lie.
Finally, at the very end of this long-winded guilt-trip-blackmailfest, Blossom says that “a retraction and an apology for [the server owner]’s role in spreading misinformation” would be the only thing that would stop Blossom from reporting the server.
Wow! You could have started this whole conversation with that!
Messaging someone you don’t know and starting it off by saying “You offended me. I am a victim. I am such a victim. Pity me. How dare you.” and then attempting to blackmail the person by threatening to report their server in an attempt to avoid having to reason with the person and having an actual intelligent conversation… is insane. Any normal person should be able to see how backwards her logic is here, and by extension her problem-solving skills. Do you think in kindergarten she ever had to use her basic problem-solving skills to try to work out a compromise with one of her classmates? I sure wouldn’t want to be her teacher!
This entire argument is yet another example of just how horrid PreCord’s admins are at communication and problem-solving.
April 2023
In late April of 2023, DaisyCinnimon made an unorganized call out thread on PreCord. After a week, Daisy then released a multi thread call out on Precord and their wrongs and what they can do to fix these flaws. Unfortunately, the thread was deleted due to Daisy's twitter account getting mass reported and yet to get the account back, which then led to the creation of this doc.
After the first thread was released, Inu tweeted this:
Later, NoblestEA, an event manager and suspected mouthpiece for the PreCord staff posted a response to the thread. In comparison to the multiple part thread Daisy made with proper screenshot evidence on everything, detailed history/background on the Precure fandom on Discord and substantiated claims, this TwitLonger Noblestea made had almost no real countering to all the claims that were being properly presented and honestly made PreCord and their team look even worse (and didn’t even bother addressing the major issues such as proship art constantly being shared and silencing criticism).
She has also responded to tweets of people expressing their concerns about Precord and claimed that they were “spreading lies”... she also claimed Precord does not have a ship channel when someone replied, confronting her about something that was shared in the now archived ship channel. While what Blossom said about ship channel may have been partially true, she failed to address that they did previously have a ship channel which had the art the other person in the thread was referring to. Blossom also responded to someone asking that PreCord supporters block them. The someone in question has expressed understanding not being believed in as a child and young teen, making Blossom’s comparison not only close but invalidating the person’s experiences solely for expressing such concerns for kids’ safety.
Noblestea
Noblestea has also referred to the people speaking out against Precord during the callout era as “terrible people'' and blocked them on both their personal twitter account and the Precord twitter account. Noblestea got upset when no reason was given to PreCord for the demotion of DaisyCinnimon and claimed that the mods are “free to give an explanation”, but had blocked most of them so how was anyone so supposed to provide an explanation? (This is expressed by CureLucky on her Twitter.)
7/26/23- NoblesTea’s response to a question about the situation
There’s also NPS (aka PreCure), another Precure server which was made by staff from an old, deleted Precure server in a hope to break the cycle of nasty people monopolizing the community. The owner of DPS (the old Precure server) mistreated staff and banned them or threatened to demote them for speaking up when he unbanned some people who were making a staff member feel like they were being stalked and also refused to ban people from a Hentai Precure server that were also in DPS.
The new server is jointly owned by four people, and all of the staff have taken measures to ensure that the safety of their members and staff come first. Measures include having a bot filter that prevents people from sharing art by people who are known to sexualize minors or other content that may not be suitable for a server with a young memberbase, banning members who indulge in content sexualizing minors (upon proof being provided), and overall listening to members when there is an issue that concerns them.
This does not mean their team is perfect either as they did previously have a case of a staff member who tried to unfairly force their views and attitudes onto the other staff, creating a hostile atmosphere in the staff chat and server. This staff member will remain unnamed but they have since been removed for their unprofessional and hostile behavior towards other members, staff, and servers.
There’s a history of PreCord having unfriendly (but unspoken) behavior towards NPS.
Flash forward about a year later (this current year of 2023) to when Noblestea randomly blocked 90% of the staff from the PreCure server on the PreCord Twitter account. So, a NPS co-owner reached out to an admin from the PreCord server to ask what’s up with that. The admin basically says that the person who runs the PreCord Twitter blocked staff indiscriminately for “contributing negatively to public discourse” and that there is an “undercurrent of poor relations”.
After that message, the NPS co-owner responded by asking for specifics as to what discourse is being referred to and which staff were involved, as well as asking what is meant by “undercurrent of poor relations”. Neither of these questions were ever answered and the NPS staff are still left wondering what on earth PreCord was talking about.
(Ftr, the NPS staff have stated on several occasions that they don’t view PreCord as a “rival” or anything. They have only been trying to coexist with them from the beginning and have even told people on several occasions not to drag Precord when the subject would inevitably come up from time-to-time.)
After a couple of messages, the Precord admin offers to make a “group DM” with the admins/owners of the PreCure server and PreCord. Before this can ever happen, the PreCord Twitter is botted and instead of returning with an update on the status of the proposed “group DM”, the Precord admin sends a DM to the NPS co-owner, asking if her staff knew anything about the botting. (This effectively insinuates that they think NPS orchestrated the entire mess which is untrue as NPS staff had gotten their accounts “botted” several times and don’t have anything to gain by botting accounts.)
Insinuating a fellow server of attempting to bot your account with no evidence and also never explaining one of the server owners how their staff “negatively contributed” to “public discourse” after being asked also looks quite unprofessional, esp. if you don’t provide evidence of your claim. Evidence is important.
A couple days later, Noblestea made a twitlonger addressing the blocks and made a couple of claims that were untrue, thus forcing a co-owner who didn’t want to be involved to have to make a Twitter thread addressing Noblestea’s claims.
I can’t remember every single one but the big ones were the claims that 1. Precure and Precord had already attempted to work things out in a group DM; this had yet to happen at the time of the twitlonger as the NPS staff had been waiting and waiting for the admin that the NPS co-owner spoke with to make the group DM or give us indication it was still going to happen. 2. that the PreCure server copied them; they mentioned their own “Precure day” event as evidence of NPS copying them because NPS had also done one… except Precure Day is an actual thing in the Japanese fanbase and the original deleted DPS had a Precure Day event similarly. It’s not a concept original to PreCord at all. They also said NPS copied their “bracket”, which is also untrue as theirs was interaction bait on their Twitter and the NPS bracket was a bracket the NPS staff had planned out to celebrate reaching 1k members.
Accusing someone else of copying you for something that is 1. Not a unique/specific idea 2. Something widely done is very unprofessional and petty, especially if you are not going to provide any screenshots to back up your claim. It would be akin to a fast food restaurant accusing another fast food restaurant of copying them because they both offer cheeseburgers and French fries on their menus. Same thing applies here. Certainly if a copyright lawyer attempted to take a case to court and then didn’t provide evidence of infringement, then they would probably be dismissed.
Several of the big fandom content creators liked the twitlonger even though the twitlonger consists of fallacies and misinformation accusing a fellow Precure server of things that were untrue/misconstrued. Whether this was misunderstanding or an attempt to deceive is up for question, but it doesn’t look good when you consider Blossom’s manipulatively worded twitlonger that came sometime after. (Blossom’s manipulative twitlonger will be addressed and analyzed in a separate doc.)
On July 3rd, PreCord announced their partnership with a fellow Precure focused server, Precure Fans.
Precure Fans seems like an average unproblematic Precure server, however looking into it is run by a homo and transphobic Christian kid who refuses to take responsibility for her actions. This is semi publicly known info as multiple bad reviews on the server’s Disboard page describing the staff’s issues were up but the server has been taken off of Disboard very recently. Either way, this once again shows that PreCord puts little effort into background checking the servers or people they choose to endorse. Now let’s get into the evidence of Precure Fans and their owner being bigoted, silencing staff, disrespecting triggers, misgendering and doubling down on all of this.
Firstly, here are the server rules. They appear to be
mostly your standard discord server rules, but rule 10
gives away the true nature of peep/the server. Treating
LGBTQ+ as something that could possibly be “shoved
down someone’s throat” is one thing, but including
pronouns with that is ridiculous, as pronouns are used in
every single language in some way to refer to people.
Acting like they’re an option or a belief makes it clear
that you’re transphobic or at least support transphobic
ideologies.
Additionally, Peep had in the past removed multiple staff
members off of the precurefans staff team because
they had first asked peep to refer to them by their correct
pronouns, and they also had expressed that religion
was a trigger for them. (Screenshots below)
Blossom announcing server partnerships, Precure Fans being one of them.
Peep’s reaction to someone asking her to use their correct pronouns.
Peep saying she’d like to “avoid pronouns and not have to be educated on it” and going on to press this staff member on why religion is a trigger for her.
Peep using the classic “I have gay friends!!” excuse.
All of this evidence proves that without a doubt, Peep holds bigoted beliefs.
Regardless of whether the PreCord staff knew of all that had happened behind the scenes in Precure Fans (which afaik they did not know), if they thoroughly checked their partner servers for red flags, they should have seen rule 10 and noticed something was very off. It’s especially worrying when you remember that they had established the “Rainbow Cure Center” in their server, a category of channels exclusively to discuss LGBTQ+ topics and the like (which has since been deleted/made private entirely and moved to their fanclub forum). You’d think they would be more attentive and notice when someone is bigoted.
In fact, rule 2 of their “Rainbow Cure Centre” is this:
This is ironic considering Peep lumped the LGBTQ+ community in with topics like politics in rule 10 in her server. It’s very clear that the PreCord staff does not actually pay close attention to who they partner with at all, which gives people with ill-intent and predators an opportunity to get into their PreCord and interact with the many minors or even any marginalized people who may be at risk of hate speech there.
