CW: Lolicon Content, NSFW, Possible(?) Grooming, mentions of sexual assault
This is a doc compiling concerning behavior involving a group of the mods/admins who run the discord.gg/precure server and the Prism Paradise server.
The start of this doc may seem like just petty drama (and to an extent it is), however its important context to events that happen later, which is why I decided to include it. Feel free to skip the first 3 segments, as the main problem is concerning Falloree, Lilith, Cynthia, Moonie, and the Possible Grooming, though be aware that they may not make 100% total sense without the previous context.
History:
PreCure was originally made by @TWlNCOOL (Lucky) in March 2022 upon the deletion of the original “PreCure” server (BPS), which was deleted by its old owner. BPS was split into two servers, PreCord and PreCure. PreCord has been called out before (here is a masterdoc of all the archived PreCord documents), but PreCure was known as the “non-problematic” server between the two of them.
Throughout 2022-2024, Moonie, Lucky, and Daisy were a well-known trio of friends. Until April 2024, the three were good friends. The last few months of their friendship were rough as Daisy and Lucky were done with Moonie avoiding accountability and refusing to be a better person. They officially cut ties then, and this is what led to Moonie's hatred towards both Daisy and Lucky, as she did not handle the ending of the friendship well.

(Just to clarify, the bigger textboxes aren't Daisy, my Twitter is broken as shit since El*n did the chat update. The person doesn't want to be involved in this drama anyway, so it works out fine. I just wanted to point it out since it does really look like Daisy said it.)

Later, Moonie started to use this conversation as proof that Daisy and Lucky were “ableists” and “bullies.” It needs to be explicitly stated that nothing said here was said to disparage those with NPD or other mental health issues. I am medically diagnosed with NPD myself, and I do not find these screenshots insensitive. These screenshots only show a group of friends growing tired of the fact that a friend they care deeply about was treating them and others around them terribly. While NPD can explain your actions, it's still not an excuse.
I would also like to note that some people were censored; this was not to protect anybody or anything, but rather some people formerly involved have made it clear they don't want to be publicly involved with the drama anymore, and I would like to respect that.
Lucky's departure from Precure
In 2024, the Precure staff, mainly Moonie and Cynthia, confronted Lucky while she was under the influence, essentially bullying her (Lucky would’ve been 17 or so at the time, Cynthia was in her early 20’s) into giving ownership of the server to Cynthia. After months of harassment, Lucky finally caved and gave Cynthia ownership of the server, and Lucky proceeded to quit her own server. There was personal drama between Lucky, Daisy, and Moonie before this all happened (see Confrontation), and it had been boiling over to a point, culminating in a massive blowup fight in the summer of 2024.

As pictured in the screenshots Lucky sent, Moonie also participated in the shitalking of a staff member; however, unlike Lucky, she faced 0 repercussions, and the staff ignored the screenshots. This highlights their favoritism towards Moonie and clear bias against Lucky due to dropping her and eventually banning her, while Moonie, despite engaging in the same behavior, was allowed back into the server and given a staff role.
Privately, staff were contradicting themselves by shittalking Lucky (the exact thing they were mad at her for doing), and saying they didn't want Lucky to step down despite telling Lucky they wanted her to step down. This reads as extremely unprofessional and self-victimizing.
From here on, the Precure Server was run primarily by Cynthia, Moonie, and Falloree.

Falloree
Falloree, who is most known for subbing the Princession Orchestra anime, has been on the staff for a while, even before kicking Lucky out of her own server. Despite the server having a zero tolerance proship/lolicon policy, (seen here)
(Precure Server Rules) Falloree's anilist has multiple anime/manga that have lolicon undertones or are well-known lolicon anime/manga, such as “Made in Abyss”, “Highschool DxD” (although not lolicon, still an ecchi (softcore porn, essentially) anime about high schoolers), “Bunny Drop” (though not in the anime, the manga ends with the father and daughter getting married.), and more.

There is no possible way that Cynthia (the current owner) is unaware of this fact, as both she and Falloree follow each other on anilist, and she would, at the very least, see the updates made to Falloree’s anilist in her own anilist feed. This is extremely concerning, as the Precure fandom at large is full of young children, and allowing someone like this to hold a position of power in one of the most popular spaces for that media is just an all-around concerning fact.

This account openly posts and reposts NSFW art of underaged characters.

On Bluesky, Falloree also follows a fellow translator. This translator has translated a Visual Novel known as “Sweet Young Bride”, an eroge that features a character who is a loli. Here is a link to a review on the game for more information.
Although unconfirmed to be the same user, Falloree has shown up on search results for nhentai, downvoting comments complaining about translations. The porn has child characters from Pokémon and Blue Archive. Although not interacting directly, it still shows he willingly clicked on the page and looked at the translations of said porn.

Falloree also has been seen publicly being disrespectful towards members after Precure has been completely nuked by an anonymous source, which they heavily imply to be Lucky, for which they have zero proof.
Lillith
Lillith was Moonie’s partner, and as far as I know, their relationship would’ve begun in 2021, where the two of them would’ve been together while Moonie was 12-13 and Lillith was 15-16. Now, it is important to note that Lillith was unaware of Moonie’s age at the start, and supposedly remained that way up until the end of 2024, when her age was revealed following the separation of Moonie from the rest of her friend group.
However, despite the fact that Moonie’s age is known by Lillith (they’re currently 21, Moonie is 17), Lilith has shown a concerning obsession with moonie, and may still even be in a relationship with them, as Cynthia, one of their close friends, states that moonie has been avoiding her ‘partner’
and Lilith's discord status during that time shows that moonie was actively avoiding them.
All of this is extremely concerning when put together. While Moonie was undoubtedly lying about her age, it seems that her and Lillith have remained together despite the fact that Lillith should, at this point, be very aware of the fact that Moonie is a minor.
Another issue with Lilith is that they, much like Moonie, have an issue when it comes to harassing minors in general. For privacy, the (at the time) minor who was the target of harassment has asked to have their username and profile picture censored. 
At the time of this incident, the minor involved was 14 years old. This situation started due to several members of staff having an issue with a particular former member of the server, and claiming they planned to doxx her. At one point during this incident, the redacted user indicated they were uncomfortable with the talk of doxxing, and it escalated from there. After mentioning that they were uncomfortable, Lilith (mooniehiltonstan69) took it extremely personally, and was making it out to seem like this person was targeting them and another user named Utau, which led to the redacted person choosing to remove Moonie from their private account, which only spurred on the harassment. 
This was continued in dms roughly a week later, where once again, the same minor suggested blocking the person responsible for the drama, and Moonie threatened her with retaliation for this.
This behavior is extremely concerning, as Lillith was nearly 18 during this entire ideal, while being in a romantic relationship with a 14-year-old moonie and harassing another 14-year-old for being opposed to the idea of harassing someone else with doxxing threats.
Cynthia
Cynthia has been a mentor to Moonie since 2020. When Cynthia met Moonie, she was anywhere from 18-20, and Moonie was 12.
Before Precure got nuked, Cynthia said publicly that there needs to be a new Precord Doc (which is true!), but is more concerned with the person who released the doc (Daisy) instead of the actual information regarding Precord and the post doc. 
Moonie
Please note that until recently, Moonie WAS an admin in the server. She had been an admin since its birth and an admin during all of the drama, im guessing she quit/was kicked from staff when it was nuked. Whatever the reason is for her departure, it is NOT because the other staff see a problem with her behavior.
Moonie had kept her age a secret, even from her partner (seen above). That is a good thing and should not be shamed for practicing internet safety, but dating someone who doesn't even know your age is super dangerous, especially for someone as young as Moonie.
As of 2025, Moonie has confirmed that her age is 17, making her 13 in 2021, when her relationship with Lilith began.
Moonie has a weird fascination with the magical girl anime/manga MahoAko (more commonly known as Gushing Over Magical Girls. Since Moonie uses the Japanese abbreviation “MahoAko” to refer to it, I will use it in the doc.) As shown on her Anilist, Moonie has watched it and is currently reading the manga (As shown below)
Although this doesn't inherently mean anything too bad, Moonie has used suggestive art of the characters as a profile photo (as pictured below, although this isnt the worst thing to come out of the series, considering the context of what MahoAko is, its intended to sexualize the character pictured - who is 14 years old) and constantly defends her watching/reading it, claiming she isn't engaging with it for perverted reasons but rather because she likes the plot.

The thing is, if you know anything about MahoAko, the plot revolves around the main character sexually assaulting the other magical girls in the story. Every episode ends with them getting assaulted, and the main cast are all aged 13-14. This is concerning due to Moonie's age, as she was 15-16 years old when MahoAko started airing and when she started watching it.

Moonie also claims she does it as “self harm”. This just straight up dont make sense wtf.
Claiming she doesn't like it for sexual reasons despite the sexual aspects of it being the main plot and having a sexualized photo of one of the 14 y/o girls as a profile photo is questionable, however whats even more questionable is that Cynthia, Falloree, or any other adults in Moonie's friend group don’t see anything wrong with it. They even defend her watching it under the guise of her being a “magical girl completist.” As the adults involved in this situation, they have a level of responsibility to protect her. Moonie actively talking about it and having the characters as her profile photo leaves her at risk to potential predators. Not only this, it only further proves that Cynthia and others dont actually fully care about the “strict anti lolishota policy” that they have listed in the rules, nor do they care about minor safety. This shows an extremely concerning pattern of hypocrisy within the staff. I dont think Moonie is actually a lolicon or anything adjacent to that (considering the time that she started watching it, she was still 15), I think it's more likely she was groomed into thinking this stuff is okay, however i’ll save that speculation for the Possible Grooming section. Even if Moonie was groomed into thinking this stuff is okay, it doesn't absolve her of guilt, and she still deserves to be held accountable.

Possible Grooming
Moonie most likely has been groomed into this mindset. Her real life has her jobless due to being born in a wealthy family, homeschooled, and having no real-life friends. She is someone with no social skills, making her the perfect target for narcissistic adults like Cynthia. Moonie, like most kids, seems to imitate her peers. When Daisy and Lucky were friends with her, Moonie's humor was most similar to theirs. A prime example was “glitter fork”, a phrase that Daisy came up with, and “glitter shart”, a phrase Lucky came up with. Now, since Daisy and Lucky aren't friends with her anymore, Moonie has been speaking and talking similarly to Cynthia.
I have no idea what Cynthia's goal would be here. I am not accusing Cynthia of sexual attraction towards Moonie. It is just confusing. She has friends such as Lillith, Falloree, and some others, while Moonie only has Cynthia. Ever since Daisy and Lucky dropped Moonie, Cynthia was Moonie's only friend. It makes sense why Moonie would attach to Cynthia. I am unsure of Cynthia's motives. I do not think Cynthia is doing it intentionally.
Now please don't take this doc as an invitation to harass anyone. The purpose of this doc is not harassment. This is simply to catalog and bring awareness to disturbing behavior from people who claim to be kind and welcoming, especially since these people moderate a space for children. It is truly sad to see what happened to these three who were once close. This is a cautionary tale on what happens if you refuse to change.
