フリーズドライを使うと細巻き納豆が簡単にできるので気に入っている。
海苔の上に酢飯を広げてフリーズドライ納豆をスプーンで一列に並べて、その上からみじん切りの紫蘇もパラパラと。あとは巻くだけ！
最近は一時帰国時に日本の食品はあまり買ってこないのだけど、このフリーズドライだけは別！
